The price doesn’t reflect the poor quality. I bought a white swimsuit with green stones (which have fallen off after only one wash), a blue one which I couldn’t wear cause it was already off (it’s new and I have to repair it) and a white dress with metal details (at a better look, the color of the metal has changed). For all of it I paid 670$, which is insane for this SHEIN quality. They just ripped me off. Very unhappy, don’t buy anything there!

Amazing bathing suits selection from Brazil! Gabi was incredibly helpful and I found unique pieces that could never be bought in San francisco!

I don’t usually write reviews about a store. But the way this young lady treat my family when we walk in to the store was awful to say the least. Bad meet and greet , it was like our presence was bothering her. Do not waste your time going there.

Friend and I went in to find a bikini. Sales lady was rude and so we left. Also it smelled like a very bad perfume.

Beautiful selection. Not easy to shop for my size(14)everywhere ! I found a very gorgeous sliming swimsuit. The lady helping us was super professional and nice. She was very helpful with a lovely smile from the moment we entered the store till we left.

I usually don’t write reviews. Okay, this is my first review! Hating faces of two women who work there forced me to write this. They were very unfriendly to the customers. When we were looking for the size and colors, they asked us to put everything back as it was before we touched it. Then the second one stayed near repeating, are you done, are you done…, to put swimwear that we were looking back to its place. My father and I were discussing buying swimwear and, because of their actions, we just left… and bought swimwear in the shop nearby.If the owner of this place wants to earn money, he needs to find better staff… I do shopping a lot, and never in my life, I met shop staff this rude.EDiT: I read a few reviews and answers, so it’s probably one of those women is the owner. So, do not go to the store if you don’t want bad emotions.

The Manager Goreth at this place should be fired. Never shop here as this is the shadiest and most over priced items, along with the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I would never treat a customer the way I was treated here and I've been in sales and customer service for 20 years. I bought a bikini and robe here for half a grand on March 6th and was ignored once I made the purchase. There was no one in the store, but 2 sales associates. I spent an hour and a half trying on different bikinis as I made it super clear I was getting a Bikini for a music video the producer was paying for, so had to make sure he was happy with the selection. I sent him pictures and confirmed which one he wanted me to buy for our project. I spent about 40 dollars taking an Uber there and back and $540 for the purchase. I explained I was leaving to South America in the morning, so it was imperative to get one immediately. When I got back to the studio, I unwrapped the bikini to show the producer and it was the wrong one. I was confused and thought that maybe valet had stolen the bikini I picked at the hotel, while waiting for a cab after walking out of the store. I thought they may have over charged me and called the store, and even the hotel to see if the missing bikini had been taken there. I was confused and didn't think the sales associates dealing with me for an hour and a half would put the wrong bikini in my bag. Once I realized what happened, I tried calling again and no answer. I left VMs and tried to call from South America multiple times, which has costly international fees. I finally came back into town, and I get a strange call June 4 on some random number stating they are the owner and would like to know what happened. I sent pics of my receipt and the bikini photos of the one I was supposed to get, but the so called owner never called back again like he said he would once I sent my info and after speaking to him about what happened. I was totally ghosted. I finally head to the store, spend gas, time, parking, all to be told by the manager Goleth that she would replace the correct bikini the next time I come in. Sunday, July 3rd, I head back to the store and the original sales associate that put the wrong bikini in my bag, Gigi, was there and says nothing can be done since the manager is not in. I asked her to call the manager, since the bag with the bikini I was supposed to get was set aside for me. This time the manager threatens me aggressively, yelling at me to go take drugs, and falsely accusing me of being a liar. All because I said to take back the robe I noticed has a fraye on it, and I could keep the wrong bikini placed in my bag instead and receive the correct bikini as the exchange instead. She doesn't speak English well and sounded drunk. Couldn't wrap her head around the solution and threatened to call the police on me. The sales associate told me Freddy Levi, who is the owner, would be in July 4th between 11 am and 2 pm. I called today, because I didn't want to waste time and money again going there for nothing again. Sure enough the manager is there and says the owner is not in and will be in on Friday after 4 pm. I asked why the sales associate Gigi said he would be in today, and she just said if I'm the bikini person from yesterday I am a liar and that she will not resolve the issue and then hung up on me. Despicable beyond degree. Again, never shop here. The same items from a Colombian designer, you can get a 1/16 of a price there in Colombia and pay the designer directly, who really is the one with the talent anyway. A flight to Colombia is cheap from Miami anyway. Clearly these people don't understand customer service excellence or rapport. Whether a customer is right or not, you always treat them with respect and professionalism and do your best to take care of them immediately. Never ignore a customer just cause you made a sale like these people. And certainly don't sell them the wrong item, it's basically stealing their money. I just want my refund

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Their website says you can refund but if you purchase in store they will not refund you if you are not happy with the piece!

Bad experience! The staff is really unfriendly and unprofessional, she is really really rude! I went there to get a beautiful bikini because of her I don’t wanna spend my money there at all. I asked her name, she said “I forgot my name” horrible customer service 3:10 pm on 12/24/2021Responding to the owner: that’s a lie. I did not ignore her. I was asking her why I couldn’t take pictures and she continued to talk with bad attitude and a condescending tone.. don’t try to cover up for your employees way of being it’s just sad you allow her to represent your image. I don’t see how your store will prosper in the future with no quality customer service just rude, disgruntled employees. You have a good weekend too! A simple apology would’ve been enough. Trying to spin the source of the issue to me, the store only has 3 stars for a reason. Just check at the bulk of your reviews.
