After charging me for the cleaning, they returned my car with paint stains that weren't there when I gave it to them. Then claimed they're not responsible for the stains and wanted $150 to remove the paint stains. They said removing the stains takes an hour of work. Even if that's true, asking me to pay for damage that was caused while they had the car is irresponsible. Asking for $150 for something that takes an hour is ridiculous.

The staff did a good job, washing my car and under 45 minutes. There were spots where the glass cleaner was still smeared on the windshield glass, which is why I give Route 66 four stars.

Just wasted 50$ at this car wash; I brought my suv and the owner looked inside the car and said I needed a premium wash, I said ok without problem. 45 minutes later I see that basically the inside hasn’t been touch, my dog’s hair still on the seats, the mats still dirty and the trunk where I have my dog’s bed and 2 towels to cover the floor haven’t been moved at all.
Don’t waste your money here!

Service is not the same like before. Not even they’re not doing details. They don’t even clean properly. And the best part. Last time I brought the car just for simple exterior washing 35$ and the manager charged me 40$ just because he decided this way! So, that was the last time

The one star is because the manager, Jorge, is somewhat personable. BUT I just paid $40 for a wash and the dirt and dust is still on my car. I pointed it out and showed him. Right in front of him I demonstrated how easily it came off just using my finger. I asked if they used a rag or just hosed the car down. He claims they washed it with soap and a rag. I do not think so. I could have gone to a drive through car wash and my car would look cleaner. Total waste. There was a small spot of coffee on my center consul. Which easily comes off with a paper towel and water, but they couldn't even do that. It was still there when I got my car back. Manager claimed my car needs a was for $150. Maybe it does. But i will go elsewhere since they couldn't even do a simple hand wash properly. Just skip this place. I still left a $6 tip in the jar. Not sure why I did that.

service was horrible. Firstly, there is no customer service what do ever. Rude welcome, then car wash was literally 10min. only and badly done. my car still had stains and when I asked why I still had stains, they simply replied that's bird poop and that cost extra to take off. This place is supposed to be a hand car wash. I paid $35 for something that could have been $10 at a drive through car wash.
