This store is just disgusting-you have to ask a staff member to use the bathroom which is fine, but the bathrooms were filthy, and they have no toilet paper, paper towels or soap. I told a staff member and they did not care at all, just shrugged it off…. I personally won’t go here again due to this.

They have everything at very low prices, the magic happens when you find your size because the truth is that high-level and even luxury brands at $10 are incredible.

The building is neglected, the access stairs do not work. I guess they must have other nicer and larger stores. This place is small, there is not a lot of variety.

The place was ok. Staff seemed to be a bit tired. The entrance to the store is not very cool. I'd say it's kind of creepy (in a way), but, once you go inside, it's just a regular Ross. Prices are good and they have all kinds of different products.

For men there is variety, for women not so much. The sneakers section is small but there is a lot of clothing. Very good prices for balances and previous seasons.

The treatment in this place is horrible, I saw how they responded badly to customers and they let you know that they are closing in a very impolite and almost abusive way. They should give these people a customer service course.
