Don’t spend your money here if you’re Black. Waited at the front counter twice for service and no one came to help me(21 yo Dark-skin female) but as soon as the white passing Latina duo came to the counter they were serviced immediately. I was so disgusted I didn’t even make a purchase. 0/10

I came at 8:20 from my hotel across the street just to get a shirt because it showed the closed at 9. I guess they close when they get ready.

Customer service sucks, I am military and never had a Rainbow turn me down for the discount. Also, I wanted to return a dress that I purchased from another Rainbow in Miami and was told I couldn’t because the dress wasn’t in their store. I am a tourist and sometimes I believe it has something to do with how you look.

They are supposed to open at 10, however, the staff saw me and chose to leave. It is now past 10 and they haven’t returned yet. Im sure they’re probably still on the clock and I don’t understand what required both team members. Couldn’t one stay and work and the other get coffee?

Tried to go to the store at 8:40 PM and they were already closed. They should advertise 8:40 PM if it is closes at that time. So disappointing.
