It has been a pleasant stay. Beautiful location. Ronald at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. He always extended help and made it a smooth stay. The lobby and patio experience is great. I would recommend guests to come and stay here.

We had a wonderful experience. The room was absolutely stunning. Service was outstanding. Henry went above and beyond and made the whole check in process smooth. He was super nice and very personable. Kudos on the total package. We will return on our next trip to South beach!

Second year staying at this hotel and I will always go back. They offer free luggage drop off if your flight lands before check in. Free water for guest. Breakfast is DELICIOUS. Pool is great. I felt safe here.
