Five stars reason being is well I paid for a $50.00 plan and signed up for an ACP credit of 30 a month for any plan under the simple mobile umbrella. I am a single able bodied male or early 30's nd live on a "Fixed" income so the program was to supplement the monthly bill and by alleviating $30.00 I selected the ***** reason being is on average 15 gigabytes of wifi-sharing is worth it. Simple mobile charged me ***** for enrollment in auto pay and successful auto pay on December 27th 2022 but on december 28th 2022 changed the entire account with the AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM BEING APPROVED . ("Buffalo chips" )to $30.00 and that was 5 gigabytes. The plan I had paid for ordinarily is the $50.00 unlimited internet text and talk with 5 gigabytes and or megabytes of wifi-share. Not only have I called there supposed customer service but have not been **********************************. You can say your sorry for alot of things and that you understand but with none of my permission you don't and couldn't. I call everyday for the same story like a gay soap opera. Not only did this cause a stir in my day but it more some became oxymoronic that simple mobile wasn't as simple. 5 stars reason being ;corporate companies teach and inspire there products and employees to play even when they aren't supposed to and while on the clock. 5 stars second reason since they are playing games while since the 28th of December I am still with no operational internet like before and 5 stars is like going to a fictional land of casinos before eating your salad and then stomping on someone's hydrangeas in their yard when your from out of state.5 stars for Letting me know that I must not be worthy of normal treatment.
