It was not at all pleasant considering the negative surprises regarding rates that are not on the hotel's website. Furthermore, breakfast is not served on the hotel premises, but in a nearby restaurant. The hotel needs to urgently renovate the rooms, including the mattress and electrical parts.

Very good service, the hotel was super central. Two blocks from the beach and close to malls. Very complete breakfast. The pool is delicious and the workers are super friendly.

This Hegel is amazing! It’s located near to bars and shops and the beach , but quiet so you can get a good nights sleep . The staff are so helpful , and rooms large and clean . We stayed one night on way home from a cruise and fromStoring luggage to letting is used pool and facilities after the check out the hotel and staff couldn’t have been mote helpful . The Portuguese man on the desk and Argentinian man who helped with our cases were beyond helpful and charming. Sorry I didn’t get names ! Along with all the other staff there . Thank you so much ! Would definitely use again .

Great location! No need for a taxi. You can walk for miles with lots of restaurants, bars, stores, etc. The beach is around a 5 minute walk! You do have to walk a few blocks to get there l, but it was fine. The service was excellent! The people at the front desk spoke Spanish, so it was hard for a country girl to understand! Nice pool and sitting area in the front. The rooms are clean and the air conditioner worked great. The bathroom was nice but very small! Nowhere to lay your stuff. The room didn’t have very much space to lay your luggage, especially if you have more than 1 bag. That’s the only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars. Definitely would come back.

I loved the hotel, very nice. Excellent service, very attentive and collaborative staff. The location is very central, close to an interesting mall. Breakfast and food very varied and delicious. I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful our stay was! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. From the accommodative receptionists to the hardworking staff, we had found all we needed to be persuaded that this hotel was beyond anything we could have asked for. Michaela, a particular charming woman, kindly welcomed us and offered to move my mom and I to a suite. This was a great addition to all of the other incredible aspects of our stay, especially as we visited during Christmas and were looking for a new and exciting way to celebrate. This being a mother-daughter getaway, it felt right in every way and the hotel granted us the perfect welcome into the Miami!

My husband & I stood here for 1 night on our 4day anniversary coasting trip, the service was amazing from the door when we walked in until we left, thank you for your hospitality we will back soon, prices were great extremely convenience walk to the beach restaurants and shopping.Nearby activities: Bars restaurants the beach shoppingSafety: As safe as it can get being downtown South Beach, my car was safe and I was safeWalkability: Extremely convenientFood & drinks: Bartender took great care of us

Great stay we had at this property!Pestana has usually one of the best services across the hotel industry and it was good to get the same service here too.The rooms are chic and artsy and of course clean! Location is perfect as it's very close to the beach and amazing restaurants and cafes.I would have loved a bigger pool and gym area but in general I can say you'll have a great time in the hotel.The managers are top notch and they cater for your needs in a very efficient way.Kudos and we shall be back soon!
