They really don't deserve a single star, my husband did his taxes last year with them and the ITIN application, and it turns out that recently a letter arrived with a fine because the taxes had not been paid, that is, the check never arrived. IRS, we went to complain to them for a SERVICE THAT WAS PAID for and they do not respond for that, a lack of respect and consideration, of course because they are not the ones who have to pay everything again
