I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered. My budget was $100. When Nila sent me a picture of the ready arrangement I saw that the bouquet was made up of 10-15 roses, definitely not worthy of $100, so I asked her if she can add in a different variety flowers.
I was shocked by her response. She curtly responded " Ok im refunding you. Bye" and promptly hung up!
It's not the way to do business with people.

It’s better late than never. I received this amazing arrangement for my thanksgiving party.It was soooooo beautiful! My family and guests loved it so much! I definitely will order again flowers from this store! Affordable prices and flowers last for a week.Highly recommend to everyone!!!

Flowers advertised as "Vintage" Arrangement were delivered in a white ceramic square. I would have liked a phone call or email stating the "vintage" vase was not available and I would have picked a different arrangement. Sad customer service. :(

I was hoping for a same day delivery while placing a last minute order last Saturday. Realizing it was the weekend and very short notice I would have been fine with a Monday delivery... but Nila came to my rescue and delivered an absolutely beautiful arrangement that same afternoon. My sister-in-law who received the flowers was very pleased and sent me a picture... absolutely elegant and beautiful! Nila's will definitely be my "go-to" for floral deliveries in the area!
