I went to that bank today and Mr. Alejandro Fernández's service is terrible. He is a racist person who treated me very badly. I demanded the presence of the manager and I was not really assisted. I just wanted to open a bank account and it only took me a long time and Frustrated by how they treated me, very indignant.

Horrible customer service. A transaction that should have taken 15 minutes took 2 hours. It's still not resolved and I keep getting strange emails verifying that I agreed to things I never agreed to.

Horrible customer service and bank does not take responsibility for stealing your money! I tried to withdraw money from their ATM last night - machine did not give me money but receipt confirmed my money was taken. I called today to speak with bank Manager Bill Reynolds and after they checked my withdrawal receipt transaction number they confirmed no money was issued and that I had to deal with this situation with my bank which is based in England as I ma here as a tourist. So not only did I not get cash last night because of their negligence I had to incur long distance charges today to have my bank resolve this . I find this to be a terrible oversight in taking responsibility for what is actually theft . NEVER USE THIS BANK!
