The entire move went extremely well and i am very happy. From the beginning with customer service signing me up and staying with me with kindness, understanding and explaining everything to the pick up of my furniture and household goods to the delivery at my destination. All the people involved at headquarters and the gentlemen involved with the pickup and delivery were wonderful. Everything was delivered in perfect shape with absolutely no mishaps or damage. Five stars from me and thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.

Don’t use this moving company. I requested a quote using a form from their website, and they promptly gave my contact details to a load of other moving companies who have been pestering me ever since. Their sales person explained that they do this so that they make money whether or not you select them as your mover. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable firm.Replying to the company's response that they never share customer data, I know someone in their company did just that because I used Apple's Hide My Email function, and other brokers contacted me through an email only associated with the Native Van Lines form I completed on their home page. Native Van Lines, you have a problem with someone in your company!

The movers were fast and efficient. They were more than capable of moving heavy furniture and provided sheets to keep furniture clean. I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Native Van Lines sent Day and Night Movers of Chicago to move us from Wisconsin. They were fantastic. They protected everything, packed everything we hadn’t, and delivered right on time to three different states.

My moving experience with them have been exemplary. Rachel helped us with all our questions leading up to the move including giving us one of the best prices in the market. Ivan with his team came to dismantle and pack our furniture and moved it in time (slightly earlier than even we got to the new place) and unloaded it swiftly. Definitely recommending this to anyone who needs moving.

Native Van Lines is a moving broker, so your experience depends a lot on the actual moving company you are assigned. We were given All Roads Express, and overall they did a good job. Our stuff was picked up on time and arrived within a reasonable time frame. When the driver called to arrange delivery, we asked if he could drop off the same day (normally it would be the next day), and he agreed, so that was a plus. The negatives:- We were charged a "long carry fee". If the distance between the truck and the pickup is more than 75 steps, you will be charged $75, and another $75 for every additional increment of 75 steps. For our move, that worked out to $225 in additional charges (1 long carry on pickup, and 2 long carries on delivery). We weren't informed ahead of time of this charge by Native Van Lines.- While none of our items was broken, a few of our boxes arrived in a bad condition and had to be thrown away.

They are a broker so they outsource the job. My experience was good but it could have been great if they had communicated a bit better. They should have asked an itemized furniture list from me instead of just asking for some of the things I had since what mattered in the end was the cubic feet. One other thing that is in the contract but they do not tell you is that when the movers pickup and deliver your furniture the FIRST 50 feet (walking distance from truck to your house entrance and vice-versa) is free, after that they charge $75 for each 50 feet they have to walk. If I knew that beforehand I would have easily have everything ready downstairs. However, their customer service is actually very good and after everything was delivered they refunded me for a few things and everything was sorted out. I would use this company again even though there were some small hiccups.

The movers were quite competent. They handled the furniture with care and were a pleasure to deal with. Their work ethic gave me a lot of confidence, and I liked how they answered our queries and provided an explanation of their rules. We are utilizing a professional moving company for the first time, and we don't see any issues with doing so in the future. They came highly recommended!

Moving can be stressful, but Native Van Lines made it a hassle-free experience. Their team in Denver was professional and efficient. They packed and unpacked with care, and their attention to detail was evident. The final cost was in line with the estimate, and I highly recommend their services for a smooth move.

I had a positive experience with Native Van Lines for my move within Chicago. The movers were courteous and handled my belongings carefully. Although there was a small issue with the initial estimated cost, their customer service worked with me to resolve it fairly. Overall, a reliable moving company.
