The phone was completely ruined. Stopped working. They refused to take responsibility. Another person was already laughing in his face, saying that he couldn’t help in any way. Since the culprit of everything that happened was hiding from us. “Thank you” for ruining my vacation, I had to buy a new phone, but only at home, since I couldn’t buy a new one due to the fact that in Miami they sell all phones that are locked.As they wrote below in the comments, run and run past these terrible people again. It's a pity that we didn't read all these comments earlier.

I went to clean the iPhone 11Pro screen, waited an hour, paid 50 dollars and after 10 minutes the phone broke, it was full of water inside.. I went to complain and the employee laughed and said I could go and complain to the police.. I lost 800 euros

I would love to have left a review on an in- store experience but instead, Im giving a one star rating because when I called the location to ask about the different apple accessories they offered, the lady over the phone was rude, insisting that I only speak Spanish. Before I even had the opportunity to respond in Spanish, she hung up in my face, unwarranted. Not very good customer service. A little patience would have granted you a possibly consistent customer. Im just saying.

Went here because it was a nearby and what a BIG mistake that was. I should have known better when he wanted payment up front for a battery swap. Battery was worse after the "replacement". When I went back "Mo" claimed it was the charging port. He has no clue what he's really doing and will more likely break your phone that repair it.

STAY AWAY! They put used parts and batteries in your phones. Within 2 months of the install the "new" battery he installed swelled up and broke my iphone screen. He seems more like a crooked hobbyist that doesn't really know how to fix phones and is learning at his customer's expense. STAY AWAY from the SCAM ARTIST!

OMG! THE WORST REPAIR EXPERIENCE EVER! First they said 40 minutes and took over two hours. The very next day my phone was acting the same exact way as before he repaired it! Went back 3 times over the next two days before I had to leave to go back to NY but the repair guy wasn't there. I think he was hiding upstairs in their loft area. It's been months and he won't return any of my messages for a refund.

Unprofessional and screwed my phone up! I was on vacation and had problems with my phone. First he claimed it was the antennae when changing that made no difference, I went back the next day and he said it was the battery. I get home and the battery is losing charge faster than ever. They have no clue what they are doing! Go anywhere but here!

Stay away! He uses used parts and sells them as new. He put a used battery in my phone, with 2 months the battery swelled up breaking my screen. He also damaged the phone while installing and the FaCe ID no longer works. He's a scam artist and not very good at repairs. STAY AWAY!

We took an iPhone to change the screen, and in addition to taking 3 hours (they promised 45 minutes), they never did it and put a protective screen “covering” the problem I had. Don't waste your money ($130) and time.
