The worst service I have ever received, very expensive, they deceive people, they give one price and at the end it is another, it is very expensive, "they want to get you out quickly and the hand and toenail grooming did not turn out the way I wanted, I asked them for a line on a nail and they told me that it was 10 dollars for that line, it is a total theft, I do not recommend it

The best manicure I have ever had, I went to this business and Genesis took care of me. The truth is, she is very professional and everything is clean and organized. 100% recommended.

I’ve been coming here for over 7 years. I never had an issue until 2 weeks ago. I payed $40 for gel removal and a manicure. The manicure was horrible so they redid it the next week not charging me the $20 it costs. After a day, again my nails looked awful. It’s either from the spray they use or lack of oil.. or polish.
I called prior to coming today saying I had 2 manicures and was told I can do gel and pay a difference of only $10. When I got here, I was told that they can’t do it unless paid $30.
I drove far and do not appreciate being embarrassed in front of all their customers.
My nails looks terrible both time right after leaving the store.

I had a horrible experience here. I went to get a manicure and the job was horrible. (I didn't realize how bad until after leaving because whatever the manicurist sprayed caused my nails to change colors.. plus nails chipped right away and were not even. So I went back and they agreed to redo it with another person. I tipped for the second time. When I got home, I noticed the nails chipped easily and the job just wasn't great. Because I have been a customer for about 8 years, I called and spoke to someone who told me I can come back and redo it. I asked her if I can do gel instead of regular so that it will last and there should not be any issues. I agreed to pay the $10 extra for gel and get credit of $20 towards my nails since the first 2 jobs were horrible. After driving 30 minutes and paying for parking, the owner tells me that she was not the person I spoke to and refused to reimburse me or give me the option of gel for $10 more as I was quoted. Not only that she raised her voice and embarrassed me in front of everyone there. I believe in kharma and also filed a claim with my bank to fight these charges. I will never step foot in this place again and think everyone should not go there because of the owners lack of integrity and fairness.

I had a cruise ? to catch and needed my nails done ASAP ? I stopped into several places on this block but they turned me down (they're all pretty snoddy) .... until I walked in here ? ? ? ? ?The girl at Nailhouse By the Ocean was so kind and gracious and took me right in. She shaped my nails so nicely and even added some of her own unique style and flare. I'm so happy with the turnaround on my nails. I absolutely ?% recommend this establishment for Mani, Pedi, full set service etc..

My wife went to this place to get her nails done, the service was very bad, the customer service is terrible and now she is undergoing treatment for her nails because she got a fungus. Don't go to this place, I don't recommend it to anyone.

This place is horrible, the customer service is terrible, I went to this place to ask about a job and the receptionist came out and looked at me from top to bottom and said "no, we don't have a job for you here" then I called the place to try. to talk to another person and he replied “go to hell” what kind of place is this that has no empathy with people?

Came in from out of town needed a quick pedi and fill for me and my daughter upon coming in I asked for price list to know what to expect services were completed and I won't complain but they were not the best had to constantly repeat I wanted gel still didn't get it and was overcharged when I tried to confirm what I was paying $70 for a fill in with regular polish which was a huge difference in price that I reviewed when I saw price list I was given a totally different price then what was advertised minutes after leaving nails don't even look like I got them done I would not recommend going here seems like there is really only one or two worker who know how to do certain services and they are not done well worst fill in ever wish I could post pictures after one day they look horrible will be leaving for my cruise worst then I came should have just kept what I had

This place gave me a fungal infection from a dip manicure that I am still dealing with 3 MONTHS LATER. I have been to many nail salons throughout nyc and this is the first one I tried in Miami and boom, a nasty fungal infection I can’t get to go away! I have never had a bad experience like that anywhere else
