Communication was excellent in the run-up to moving day. The movers had stick-to-it efficiency, were respectful of our needs, and took extreme care with our antiques and sentimental possessions. There was zero damage to walls, halls and other surroundings, on either the move-out from our old place or the move-in to the new one. Thank you for not giving up on me and making it all work out. This was exactly what I needed and it was helpful more than you know. Looking at the bad reviews before I think there are some issues with computers and customer service so the best tip that I can give is to make sure you contact the physical location and confirm with the manager what's going on. Customer service is in a cloud someplace else and they don't always see the real deal. I highly recommend this location and I plan to use them in the future as well (5341 NW 7th Ave).”
