I'm the customer of BoA for almost 15 years already, and fortunately didn't have any major problems with them, neither with this branch!! Most of the employees have sufficient experience to solve almost any problem, they are very friendly and even dogs friendly! Also this branch even that it's small has enough seats and sofas to wait for assistance and also I have to mention that it's pretty good organized!

Omg 10 stars for manny and Kevin wow I was in a hurry to get back to work and two people were ahead of me, they actually helped me before the other two people so I could get my temporary card because I would be late for work if I had to wait . I was in shock most people do not care about other people and their time. A+ for these two!! So happy to have my account with Bank of America.

I'll give this branch three stars because their service was friendly albeit with no way of actually helping me close a HELOC. The mortgage specialist sat at his desk and waited on hold with me for TWO hours, an hour of which was after closing, while we tried to speak with the central office. It seems silly that a local branch could be so powerless, but it wasn't mean in any way. The girl at the window also came by before she finished closing her drawer to ask if I would like to make any transaction before she counted out for the day. I'll also say 3 stars because the branch employees told me and other customers I overheard at various times they could do things online with the website that I know for a fact were not possible, and even tested in my own account while I had the two hours to burn. It's great to offload work to a website for all parties involved, but it's bad customer service to tell people they can perform tasks that are not possible and ultimately result in them having to return to the branch. If I have a simpler transaction I will consider going back to this location.

This has been our tremendous disasteroue experience after I moved here around end of De2014. My husband and I couldn't be more than distraught & angry in our life after ho everything turned out so bad with all those lidicrous nor ridiculous fees from banking online or anything on what we paid for our bills or buy some expenses even it appeared up with costly fee.. Customer service always has been unreliable, inconsiderate, lack of profession by not doing their job serve customers like us for assist. One worker made me wait in lobby for an hour or no. It has no point for us to deal over all these crap with this huge sketchy bank! We felt there was no adequate on our accounts. There is no doubt for people whom has been using BOA for short time like similar to our experience over same issue for long time: they decide to leave thie bwnk corporation for good than suffer by paying many fees. It's worthless to come use nightmare service by phone call or walk in dirtbwg bank.. On this bright side, we has been considering to switch for better and more courtesy different bank by this end of summer!

Christian who helps you with line is there to give you hard time not to help you. I was there 2nd in line and he put his few friends or family members in front me in the line. This is so disrespectful and unprofessional. F##k him and this rude branch employees, i hope you close down and lose your job

Twice the broken ATM's take my cash or cheque and give no receipt except for a number to call.. where you will be placed on hold for hours! Terrible... If the ATM is not working then SHUT IT DOWN... The ridiculous process to have a dispute settled is 3 months long... WORSE BANK EVER AVOID

The bank is conveniently placed in a very good area of the parking is a little bit on the tired side but great we need a quick fix to go to the bank now I will see this upon entering I wasn't even greeted and when I asked for question the guy who normally is supposed to like Sine you know what it was very rude I noticed a lot of people went ahead before me now I know that the representatives are all there for different things but I just had a very simple matter to attend to would go back because I have to and because it's in a good location but. Staff needs to be a little bit nicer.

What can I say? Always a huge line, they close at 4! For real? This is 2016 ppl! Customer service goes out of their way to be the worst ever...I wonder if they even know how to read... Just avoid it at all costs, that's my advice. Tk God this is not my bank! Tho unfortunately I have the displeasure to come make deposits here for other ppl BC it's close to my house...

There customer service is horrible. I walked in to open an account and they let me sit in the lobby then after letting me sit for awhile said they were closed. They accidentally left the door unlocked and couldn't help me. I think since I was already there waiting they should have assisted me because it is not my fault the door was left unlocked

I've received nothing but great service at this branch, everyone who works here is friendly and the drive thru is always convenient. Now that the Alton road construction is done it's much easier to access this bank without going the wrong way in the back streets. All about it BoA!

Worst bank ever! Always a line. Always! If you need to talk with someone about your account or something else you need to wait at least 30-40 min. Most of the time 1 hour. I go there like once in 6 months, leaving with thoughts I wanna kill them all. In 6 months I forgetting how bad it was, coming back and history repeating! It's been like 5 years like that and nothing changed.
