My recent experience with the front desk customer service at Modo Yoga Miami Beach left me compelled to share my feedback, and regrettably, it's not a positive one. I believe that constructive criticism can contribute to improvements, and in this case, I feel it's essential to highlight the unfortunate encounter I had with a staff member named Kenzie.Upon entering the studio, I was met with what I can only describe as the worst front desk customer service I have ever experienced in the yoga community. Kenzie's demeanor was nothing short of unkind, rude, and remarkably arrogant. From the outset, Kenzie displayed a lack of courtesy that was profoundly disappointing. Instead of the warm and welcoming atmosphere one typically expects in a yoga studio, her attitude was dismissive and bordered on outright hostility. Any attempts at seeking information or assistance were met with curt responses and a palpable disdain that left me questioning the values of the establishment. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially in a community that promotes mindfulness, compassion, and respect. Kenzie's actions not only tarnished my visit but also left a lasting negative impression on the overall ambiance of the studio. In any customer service setting, the front desk staff plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. Unfortunately, Kenzie's approach was a stark departure from the ethos of a welcoming and inclusive yoga community. In conclusion, my encounter with Kenzie at the front desk of Modo Yoga Miami Beach was regrettable, and I would caution others to approach the studio with tempered expectations.Because of Kenzie I will not be back to that studio.Kenzie is absolute disgrace to Miami yoga community !!It's my sincere hope that steps are taken to address these concerns and ensure a more positive and welcoming environment for Miami yoga community in the future.

My recent visit to Modo Yoga Miami Beach, this time with a friend, unfortunately reinforced my initial concerns about the quality of front desk customer service, in particular a character named Kenzie. Regrettably, it seems that my previous experience with Kenzi was not an isolated incident but indicative of a broader issue One again, Kanzie demonstrated a disappointing lack of kindness and professionalism. Dispite my attempts to approach the situation with an open mind , her demeanor was consistently rude and unkind. This time, not only was I affected, but my friend who was joining me for the first time, was also subjected to the same discourtesy. It is disheartening to witness such behavior of a front desk person especially when yoga communities typically promote respect and mindfulness . Because of Kenzies arrogant attitude and the impact it had on my overall impression of the studio, I have decided that I will not return to Modo Yoga Miami

Modo Yoga Miami Beach is the best run studio in Miami with the most talented teachers and friendliest team. The community at Modo is the most caring of any studio. The classes range from fun and easy to advanced and challenging. Cleo can help find the class that’s best for you. Highly recommended.

Okay. Here’s the truth. I am an instructor of 16 years. I don’t like hot yoga. I don’t like it at all. However, this studio gets 5 stars for Madison at the front desk and Carmelinda who subbed the Monday night yin. Sweetest humans ever. I love being in studios with staff like these two — it just restores my faith in humanity. This place is such a sweet little sanctuary. If you’re into hot yoga, this is the spot! Also, Avo is right down the street with super clean food to nourish after class. What a gift!

I currently live in Texas but a friend of mine introduced me to one of the classes that I'm now obsessed with and that's Creative Movement with Ashli! This type of class made me feel strong and free. I caught myself sweating and smiling at the same time. Ashli has this contagious energy that makes you want to push through any mental blocks when it comes to this type of workout. It's safe to say I'll be coming back next time I visit south Florida.

This shouldn’t be considered Hot Yoga. The room is not hot. The Instructors are not going very deep into breathing and mind-body-Connection

Strong flow! Don't need HOT YOGA all the time or it would be my home. Excellent power classes. Dan is a beast. Nice to be pushed.

This is a fabulous studio. They seriously have classes for every student including varied leveles, meditation, breathing, specialization, exercise classes, and both hot and cold. When my schedule permits I will be back!

Ritual is my hot yoga obsession. It's by far the best hot yoga studio in the city. In just 50 minutes, you achieve both peaceful mindfulness and a sexy body. What more can you ask for? I love how they prepare everything for you: Water, towels and mats for class, towels and things for the shower, and finally everything you need to clean up.

I've been going to Ritual for about six months now and try to take friends every chance I get. I think it's important to know what you're getting when you attend - it's hot, the music is loud, and the flow is fast. I love the workout and intense sweat, the dark room to focus only on your practice, and the positive energy I get from the space and instructors. I typically go on weekend mornings or early on weekdays, and never disappointed.
