PROVIDER SUJEN STEPHENS APRN. SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NOT SKILLED. SHE IS OKAY WITH HER STAFF BEING RUDE WITH PATIENTS. WHICH AS A PROVIDER IS DISTURBING BECAUSE YOUR SUPPOSE TO BE A LEADER AN A Pillar of the community. Even though the last visit I notice she was not skilled in community health. I Still opt to she her again . After she over dose me with a high cholesterol medication. That says a lot . On the other hand the disrespectful medical assistant this behavior is allowed at this facility so this is why she behaved in that way. Thank god she has limited education and is only a medical assistant . I will not be coming back here anytime soon with this foolishness of unprofessional behavior and rudeness that they display. Then they sent me a student doctor who ain’t know nothing at all they have to keep looking in the book or asking the doctor for advise. What a mess and waste of my time. I will not be using my private insurance here again.

Worst wait time you'll ever experience, never go there, painful useless processes and paperwork for a simple doctor's visit and the doctor will do anything to get you to spend more money on doing other useless procedures when all you need a simple prescription for a basic drug. They also don't understand what you say, they'll butcher your name and assume things you have never said.

The wait time here is ridiculous, 2-4 hours waiting and it’s not the first time. The obygn here is terrific but if I had to recommend the clinic itself, it is a big no. If you are expecting a baby, find some place else where they value your time.

Terrible service, more than 2 hours waiting to be seen by the pediatrician for a newborn consultation, with a 4-day-old baby, and in a post-operative cesarean section state.
The excuse, the doctor is making a medical note, I wonder if the doctor's note takes so long and if it is more important than caring for the newborn patient

This place feels like and is administrated like a Cuban hospital. The attention was terrible. Everything was super slow, no respect for anyone’s time whatsoever, THE PARKING SITUATION IS HORRIBLE!!!! And the nurses look at you as if they were doing you a favor, not actually working in healthcare. I’m only giving it 2 stars because after hours of waiting, the actual doctor was nice enough. Still, precarious at best. Save yourself the trouble and go to their North Miami branch which is infinite times better.

They won't fill or even write a prescription for AIDS medication (they did for 6 months then stopped after I got evicted due to complications from the illness) and I'm left with little recourse aside from spreading AIDS everywhere or dying in a ditch.

The worst place to see a doctor,you make an appointment and with appointment the doctor see you two or more hour after your appointment,ridiculous. This place should be closed if calling to make an appointment is ridiculous, the automated system tells you in One minute and everything is a lie, it's a communist system they have, they should be ashamed of the poster they have that proclaims themselves number one but I don't know why.
