Excellent excellent excellent! I came to this location with issues all around and left with the biggest smile on my face. Alex & Adrian were the main reason, they treated me with the upmost sincerity. I got me with a new device after 20 years with the company. This is the first time I've visited a store and felt at home, from the music (loved the oldies) to the environment. Everything was amazing, thank you. I will be recommending everyone to this location!!

Horrible service not only that but the employees limit themselves so their job description. The guy refused to help me reset my watch since Who is being dismissive? I asked him if it was that he couldn’t do it or didn’t wanna do it at which point he answered he just did not want to do it. I said thank you sir walked out Feeling degraded the time of my visit was 12:40 PM August 28. You can run the cameras back and see me with my watch in hand

Good afternoon, my name is Carmen Matus. I have been a Metro Customer for many years. On July 12, I went to this store, 710 Washington Ave, to buy an iPhone 12 with my same number, in which when I went to pay on the day of Today at the store at 7110 Indian Creek the girl told me that I had to pay only $10.37, I told her that it couldn't be because I have always paid $65 a month with an unlimited plan with the $5 Fee, the girl told me that she was going to access my account to verify why they were charging me only that, when she accesses the account she tells me that you have her number with a 2Gb plan and 2 more lines with a tablet plan $10 each, I told her that couldn't be because I've always had only one number, so she checked and realized that those lines were added to my account on July 25 and that they had canceled my old account. the day they sold me the iPhone which they sold to me for $600 with another number and then they changed it to mine, it seems to me a lack of respect that they have done all that to me and an abuse which leaves the metro company very bad, I hope they take action in the matter because just as they did it to me they can do it to many people. I thank the girl at the store at 7110 Indian Creek for helping me and being so kind.
