Run by insensitive, condescending little boys. I came in to pay to activate a new phone, expressed to them that I am 39 weeks pregnant and if I can please use the restroom. Bryan the manager said no because “he doesn’t make the rules.” William the guy who helped me was saying condescending things like “oh that must be so hard” and stuff like that. They were almost laughing at me. It was horrible. I left. I cried. And thankfully my phone works, but I will be switching cell phone providers.

They charge what they want depending on the face. They told me that activating the sim cost 42 USD and then they charged me 47 USD. They tore up the bill and then told me that the extra 5 were for each time I was going to pay there without notifying me beforehand. I don't recommend that you go.

I started with metro from the beginning, I would like to return to those phones that lasted a long time but I continue with metro because of the human quality and the service I receive and I will continue with them, Bryan and Ricardo helped me a lot, and all the workers who have been here .
