So here ya go. We are a large rental company and do about 300k a month we decided to take on a new merchant prosser and ended up with these fools. We have had the for 2 weeks and have prossed about 75k. After 2 weeks with no disputes or ill will they started trying to steal or money by not making and deposits. No emails, no phone calls, just kept or money. Now, they owe us about 50k and have no rhyme or reason. They don't answer calls or emails. We sent them all the documentation and all they requested, but nothing. Again, we are a 50 million dollar co. So our attorneys have reached out to the state attorney general and the banking commission to rectify this blatant attempt to rob their new customers. THIS IS REAL. DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAGS.

Horrible liars and will tell you any price and term to get you in contract. Email shows what I was to be charged and then contract states differently and was reassured that what I was being told was correct. Was sent wrong clover device ( with out wireless capabilities) and the list goes on and on and on for charges I was to not receive monthly or annually. Was also told no contract… fingerprint said a three year contract. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of them. RUN!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! can’t believe they are allowed to still operate in Florida. Scam company!!!

Terrible customer service. Depending on who you talk to you get different answers or excuses as to what’s happening. They have had some of my deposits for TWO WEEKS and they owe me over $12k total from my deposits they are withholding and they won’t give me a reason why

This company originally gave me a good deal on the clover machine i thought was great until another part of the company charges an additional charge that the sales person failed to tell me about and then when i called another sales rep told me that First Data is not their company when it is. and I found this out 4 months later. After going back and forth with several people for over a month now. I am now told that the reserved batches that they have been holding for a month, which is around $400.00 of my money from those batches are now not coming to me when the arrangement on May 28th was to return the equipment and I had 7 days to do so. and they continued to with draw out of my account for 2 months of over another $300.00 that now they are not going to give me my batch money. Save yourself the trouble and work with another company because they steal from you and then say well we mailed you a contract no contracts should be signed in the beginning before any equipment is sent.
I am beyond upset. STAY AWAY FROM MERCHANT ONE. They lie and transfer you all over the company before you finally get something figured out. just letting you all know they are crooked

This company used to be good not any more.I tried to reach technical support for 3 days, half day waiting. I have business. I can't wait. Us a business owner, so disappointed. I'm sure. i'm not alone.
