First time there : Never got results. Called their number they said to send an email. Never responded to my email.
Second time: Got results instantly. Staff was SUPER nice.”

“I’m so glad I found Key Basis!! I had spent the whole night with food poisoning symptoms and was very dehydrated. I couldn’t even get up from bed. I texted them to see if they could accommodate me into the schedule and they said they could at 8pm at night which worked for me. The nurse that came, Emily, was very nice and I loved getting to know her a bit. She was gentle and explained everything to me. I felt so much better after the IV and it definitely helped me recuperate faster. I would recommend them and use them again.”

“The center is excellent, very clean, the attention of the doctors and nurses is very friendly, but I cannot give the same opinion about the receptionists, they are very poorly educated in the way they serve the client. It should be noted that not all receptionists are the times I have visited the center. center are 2 girls who have always treated me very badly.”

“It's going to be obvious what I post. But I do not take the heat well or humidity. I've been stressed and not eating well so while in line I passed out once and myeyes fluttered on the ground. When closer in the pickup I began to feel dizzy from the heat again and went to try and sit down and fell through the fence so my embarrassment for the day was complete.
I appreciate the people who helped me up and one of the ladies which worked there gave me water and a seat.
I didn't go this week but my roommates with their own food when I noticeably have very little stole what I brought one drinking from the drink when they are obviously sick. So unfortunately having less food I was after week before going to go today for them to steal more from me when I do not steal or take their things in such a manner.”

“I'm very happy to have found this lab so close to home. I have a difficult time dealing with needles, and the phlebotomist, Natalia, was very understanding with my issue. She played music and talked to me during the procedure, it wasn't painful at all, but I almost fainted. She got me a cup of coffee, water and even volunteered to walk me to my car. The price for the lab work was also very inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.”

“Went in twice for pre employment testing. My first visit Leisha took care of me and Giselle on the second. Both ladies were kind and very professional. They were both knowledgeable. I was taken care of quickly both visits and I was in and out. The place looks clean. Parking can be a hassle since it is on a small lot and on a busy street. That’s the only downside.”
“I was very nervous coming here because of all the bad reviews so I wanted to leave a positive one after my great experience. Everything was so fast and convenient. The process to make an appointment is very easy online and the self checkin is simple once you arrive. The first time I came, I was seen exactly at my appointment time and then I was in there for only 10 minutes for my 4 tests. The second time, the wait was only 10 minutes and then I was out within 3 minutes! The staff is also friendly and the facility is fairly clean and quiet. Overall, it was very pleasant and makes getting these blood tests a breeze.”

in which offers you a free HIV/STD test for everyone, service have never been an issue with me, yes, it is Miami and parking lots is always going to be problem anywhere you go, plus in a city where the amount of people is at vast, so come in early or be lucky. Test are done quick and if you have any questions there are doctors who provide answers for you with great attitude and attention. Medication is always available for you as long as you have insurance, they offer same day hand-to-hand if medication is available for positive results. They also offer an App through healthVana in which you can see your results privately and email/calls reminders for checkup. Last but not least they also deliver PrEP medication to your door. I hear and read many negative comments about this Center. As for me it has always been a great service and place to be attended.”

“This was my first time at this office, and everything went smoothly! I was cordially welcomed by the manager, and because I had filled out the paperwork ahead of time, it was a fast check-in. I really appreciated that.
I barely waited 10 minutes when my name was called. There was a very comfortable medical chair for the blood work. The tech was so good that I didn't even feel the needle. Awesome! I was done and on my way. The back office and the restroom were both very clean and up to date.
Labcorp offers complimentary valet parking for their patients. It was a very simple and quick process. It is located near the building entrance as you take a right on Sheridan. It took only 5 minutes each time. As I left, I gave the valet man a tip for his kindness and care in helping me down the curb to my car.
My experience was really good and I will not hesitate to go back to this office again.”

Met my nurse Miguel, who was amazing and gentle with the process of drawing blood. Fast and efficient and was out by 2:15.”
