I had the very worst experience here.
If I could give cero stars I would.
I am a very fair and kind person, so I wouldn’t write this if I honestly didn’t know it was right and needed. So what’s coming is only the truth.
I came to get waves for my brothers’s wedding, I specifically asked for what I wanted, and Louis, not only made me feel bad about my haircut, but cut my bangs without my permission. Later on, he did NOT listen to what I wanted, I had to stop him and ask him to do the curls that I asked when I called to book the appointment and also at the moment I got there.
When he realized he didn’t had enough time, he had the nerve to blame everything on my hair and TELL other clients how my hair was the problem.
He made me feel terrible about my hair, charged me 100 dollars and I had to go home, redo my hair and pay to get my hair fixed.
He was mean, disrespectful and unprofessional. I only wish I had never come here in the first place.
My only problem was being too mad and feeling so disrespected that I wasn’t able to tell everyone this at that moment.

I had read the reviews about Fiona and following my experience, am thrilled to join the masses. I can’t rave enough. My hair was a frizzy mess when I came in; she walked me through the process, explained the whys and the hows, and was very upfront about the cost. In addition to being a skilled hair stylist, she’s an excellent therapist and self esteem guru. She listened to my issues of the day with a keen ear and responded with a thoughtful, sensible approach to life. I left the salon a couple hundred dollars poorer but a million dollars richer.

I am very disappointed from the service and how things are handled at the salon. First off when booking I had clearly asked for pricing and I was up charged upon checking out when I have told them that I received different pricing the day before the manager said can’t be they charged me extra 15-20$ for each service. My daughter came out crying from that hair salon. Not only did she receive a bad hair cut, the stylist was super rude to her didn’t act with kindness or compassion even when she was crying. That whole salon saw this and the stylist had to get me up from my nail appointment to comfort my daughter. When I expressed this matter to the person in front desk when checking out she didn’t seem to help just asked why I didn’t notify her before well clearly everyone saw and so did all the employees! It left a really bad taste for my daughter and I. Not to mention I need to be fixing her hair else where. There are many better places in miami.

Luis Canas did a colour correction for me after I dyed my at home and I am so in love with my new blonde hair! I cannot recommend him enough! As a L’Oréal ambassador, he used top quality products that did not damage my hair and was a blast to chat and hang out with all afternoon. I highly recommend him in Miami Beach for any and all blondes out there! Thanks again Luis ?

Fiona is excellent!! I’ve come here for years and Fiona always exceeds my expectations! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. I love that she explains the process, step by step, which makes me feel at ease! If I could rate her HIGHER than a 10 - I would! I high recommend this salon! You can’t beat the quality of service and price!

Darlene is the best! The salon is so friendly and welcoming. I always get great compliments on my hair since I have been having her do my hair. I have been told my hair has never looked better!
