Everything was just a stone's throw away.First time here and had no complaints. Our stay was a short overnighter as we flew in from LA and were heading out the next morning for a cruise. We arrived at night, checked in and took a walk to dinner and sightseeing. We didn't want to be on the strip with the crowds so this location was perfect. The hotel was modern and clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Amenities (gym, free 2- hour bike rental, etc.) were good. There was even a full Starbucks connected to front of the hotel. Service was helpful and friendly. We will be back!

It's was a delight to be at this hotel. Staff was marvelous. Good food and amazing amenities. The staff at the pool were amazing. Reception was excellent and very helpful. I totally recommend this hotel for a weekend gateway. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Location It's perfect right by the beach. Can't get any better.

We loved our stay. The hotel has a refreshing atmosphere and wonderful smell throughout. The breakfast is in a strange location outside of the hotel but the food was decent. The elevators were always packed full. Other than that, we loved our stay!

The Marriott Stanton South Beach in Miami Beach, a place I've stayed about ten times, consistently offers a great experience. Its prime location is perfect for beach lovers. The rooms are comfortable and clean with beautiful ocean views. Staff are friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to each stay. Amenities like the relaxing pool and diverse dining options enhance the experience. Minor issues like check-in delays occurred but were infrequent. Overall, it's a top recommendation for its excellent facilities and exceptional service.

Definitely great location beachfront , close to everything in Miami Beach. Unfortunately the Hotel has not been remodeled yet and the age shows. Rooms are rundown and basic. Not at Marriott level. Employees are very friendly and helpful and two restaurants on site are top notch. AZABU. But more so the Den. Also there are plenty of fine dining options in a two block radius.Hotel is overpriced for the rooms you get. There are better options in the area.Rooms: Old and stale. Need urgent remodeling.Nearby activities: On the beach in prestigious south of fifth areaFood & drinks: Great restaurants on site

The location is great for us but that’s it. We debated between this hotel (Marriott Stanton) and the Hilton next door. Very disappointed we chose this hotel as we got a room on the north side and just above allThe air conditioners for the building. Yes, it is technically an ocean view room BUT there is no sun and the air conditioners are very loud which makes the balcony useless. We were even on the 9th floor and still heard the loud air conditioners running and had no sun. Also, the closet isn’t big enough for much hanging clothes. The hangers don’t even fit width wise. There are no beach front restaurants either. I asked to be moved and they made false promises. I would not recommend this hotel at all. If you’re lucky enough to get a room on the south side closer to the beach then you may be happy.

This hotel is very OLD and very dated. The hotel doesn’t have any real open lobby area. The hotel has tons of stairs and small hallways for no apparent reasons. I paid $290 a night for an Ocean view, which is really partial ocean view. You should also account for an additional $110 a night for resort fees and taxes. The hotel seems like it Nickel and dimes you at every corner. There are ATM machines, water and candy machines and CVS machines to sell stuff. Very tacky. I also kept getting text messages to tip the valet electronically, and it started with $5 and up. Very cheap tacky place, completely tourist trap.Walkability: Good location, near sand

Second time staying here, it's my go to! It's so cute, not super busy, and walking distance to almost everything you need!

Pretty solid location, I was only here for 1 night. The beach is only a few steps away. The staff here was very accommodating. Good Bonvoy status recognition, I got upgraded without asking, there is breakfast for platinum and above. There is a resort fee, but there a lot of useful amenities such as beach chairs, bike rentals, etc. My only dislikes were the stairs from the driveway, no ramp or elevator so you have to carry your bags up. I did not receive a 4pm checkout which would have been VERY useful on this short trip for me.

The suite was spotless, very comfortable, and the staff was attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami. We are @truetanmiami, spray tanning studio and we visited the hotel for a mobile Spray Tan. We really loved it!

Overpriced.Frustrated by the mandatory, daily “resort fee” inflating the cost.Rooms are fine, but there are some details that reveal a lack care and attention.Shower accessories are broken off the wall and not reattached. Remote that barely functions. WiFi that doesn’t work at all.Front staff ranges from helpful and present to barely competent. You’re paying for location, and the price you pay to book your room is only the beginning.

My daughter and I stayed at this lovely hotel in a fabulous location on South Beach. We had a great time. The lobby and hallways are nicely decorated and immaculate. The 5-star points? The restaurant Azabu (in lobby) was excellent. Lovely wait staff and really delicious Asian food. Loved it so much, we cancelled our other reservations and ate here 3 times! Another shoutout to the pool and beach attendants. The pools are good size but with limited seating on pool deck. However, the attendants monitored the chairs, raising u Brel law and clearing unattended chairs. No chair-hogging here! Same with the beach. Attendants set up umbrellas and located you in your preferred location. Lastly, our room and bathroom was nicely appointed with linens, towels and super comfortable beds. With some minor improvements, I would give 5 stars. Our room and balcony was a bit rundown— in need of paint and new drapes and more comfortable chairs on balcony. And the only place for breakfast was Lola’s Cantina—- decent food but located in basement and a bit dreary. And breakfast menu stops at 10 am. And coffee was only available at the Starbucks located in lower lobby which had 30-minute lines at prime times. The hotel would seem much more hospitable if coffee, fruit and bagels could be had in the main lobby or outdoor patio area. It should be noted there are LOTS of dining options in the area but our main objective was beach/pool time amidst a busy ached of events so we were not interested in spending a lot of time walking to other restaurants for dining.

Marriott Lifetime Platinum Elite member here. First morning I woke up with an insect bite of some type on my ear and blood on my pillow as well as little black marks on the sheets. Concerned I looked inside the zipped-up pillow case and found large red staining and spots. After contacting the manager and moving rooms and finding several large stains on the mattress in the new room, I was further concerned about the housekeeping service and possible lack of. So decided to mark my pillow cases and sheets before maid service to see if the were being changed. The housekeeper failed to change the sheets and pillowcases, just remade the bed. They failed to even take out the overflowing garbage. This is after I left a $10 tip mind you. This happened multiple times. Our housekeeper did not change the sheets up to 10 days. Frustrated we opted to go buy cleaning supplies and clean daily ourselves. Searching another travel site I found another review from a Lifetime Platinum Marriott member reporting Bed Bug insect bites and blood on the sheets earlier in the year. I would not recommend this hotel, I have never paid $350-$450 a night to sleep on the same dirty pillow cases, sheets and a stained mattress. By far this was the dirties Marriott and worst housekeeping service I have had over the past decade. For more info see photos, I would also recommend reading the other 1-star reviews on other travel sites, there are also a lot of reports of thefts in reviews on travel sites. I will say I did notice some pretty shady characters during our stay. And even though they lock the front door and you have to use a key card to enter the property after 11:00pm, one of the elevators is accessible right off the entrance in the garage and defeats the purpose as it goes to any floor without a key card. Strangely the elevators aren't key card access enabled so anyone can walk in of the street and go straight to your room door on any floor. Someone did try to open our door twice in the middle of the night, I travel with a door lock that makes it impossible to open the door even with a key, it paid off this time. But the attempt was enough to startle us and wake us up. The pools and staff at the pool are nice, and Lolos is great for breakfast. For us the housekeeping really brings this hotel down to barely a one star for us. Cleanliness after Covid is paramount and we were shocked at the lack of.
