Mark’s Cleaners lost 4 of my dress shirts and never took any responsibility for it and never took any steps whatsoever to make things right.
I’ve called them countless times and have gone in person as well. Their response was always "we"ll have someone look into it and call you back." Never did I receive a call back or any sort of compensation for this. I wouldn't recommend a business that losses items and fails to take accountability for it. I had been a loyal customer for many years.
They have lost my business forever.
As an additional note, often times when you call, the store itself doesn’t answer the phone and you are transferred to an answering service that isn’t helpful.

Do not get any alterations done to your clothes here. Brought in a blazer for dry cleaning and asked to reinforce 2 buttons, they did such a poor job, I had to redo it myself. Should be a pretty easy task for a seamstress.

Strongly recommend calling ahead for anything aside from regular cleans which you can get for a much better price else where. They refused to even attempt to clean my fiancés purse that our dog peed on, kept it for 4 days before giving us any information preventing us from even being able to try and find a secondary option. When I showed up to collect the purse I offered to pay for the attempt and sign a release, all they would say is the specialist refuses and he already knows what’s going to happen rather than trying to at least find a way to help. Basically an overpriced cleaning service.

Horrible service. My dry cleaning wasn't ready until a week after it was supposed to be ready, they had a week to do it so it took two weeks in total. After picking up my shirts and paying I noticed the cleaners stained one of the shirts and it needed to be redone.The refused to give me a refund because I didn't want to pay for something not completed, and instead they credited my account for the full amount. I was told I wouldn't be charged for these shirts and there would be a credit for my next visit.My next visit I dropped off two more shirts to have cleaned and there was no credit on my account. They reneged on the previous complimentary service due to the series of errors, delays and inconveniences.

Best place for dry cleaning in the whole world! I gave them stuff w old stains on it and they got it all out!!!!!! I absolutely loved the quality of their dry cleaning!! Will be back, they are courteous & careful & cheap prices!

Called the place- the lady who answered was rude, dismissive and really did not care for earn my business. The quality of this old beach institution has gone down hill. Go elsewhere.

All of the contact numbers lead to a call center with no way of talking directly to this location and no one on the phone knows anything. Our clothes were delivered 5 days later than initially said and one item missing. We have no way of contacting the location to recover the missing item.Service: Delivery

HIGHWAY ROBBERY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This place is a complete scam. They charged $20 for a long sleeved shirt. They also charged a rush fee and did not disclose that there was a fee. Even worse is the staff - he gave me someone's else's stuff mixed in with mine. Don't bother with this place.

I had been relying on Mark's for nearly a decade. In fact, I had experienced issued with them before, but never the level of confusion and contempt for customer service as this past week. Not only were my shirts delivered to wrong address, but I was charged extra for rush service and it took them two days to locate my shirts. Although initially I was told they would be delivered to the correct address, I had to chase them to confirm that delivery would not happen and that I had to stop by the South Beach store to collect them. I am not sure where this company went awry, but the child on the counter has absolutely no idea of customer service. I am not complaining like the rest of these folks about the cost. Who cares about the cost when the work is done correctly. But not knowing who your old customers are, or where their clothes are being delivered is unforgivable. To think that I would drive from North Miami to have them care for my garments, including alterations. Sadly, if and when I reunite with my shirts, I will never return to them. And I highly recommend you avoid the South Beach store. The infants they have behind the counter are beyond unprofessional.

I have been using Mark's Quality Cleaners for many years now since the original location. I have to say that it is one of the most dependable cleaners on the beach. Even when there have been some glitches or problems with my order, they have always gone out of their way to correct the problem. In addition, the staff at the Alton Road site is amazing. One of the employees, Gaby, goes out of her way to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the order and the detailing of his/her delivery in the system. She is always attentive to what the customer has to say and greets one with a smile from the moment you come in to the store. It is difficult to find employees nowadays that are so courteous and attentive to what one has to say. Gaby does this in a great way, she is amazing!Thanks,Leon Palombo
