I literally work on Lincoln and never been in this store! Well I don’t wear make up ??. But I wanna start light, so I went in and was helped by Ivonne and the service was EXCEPTIONAL! She was very personable and funny ! Also knowledgeable. We found my shade quickly which made the transition seamless ! Thank you IVONNE FOR SUCH ICONIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

My goodness! Tanisha Alicia took such good care of me. My husband and I are vacationing in Miama and I decided to stop by and window shop and possible get a red lipstick. And I normally never want anybody giving me any make up but the way she made me feel comfortable, walked me through the benefits, and allowed me to test what looked good on my skin really gave me the confidence to get the make up that I needed to give me that extra spice! so grateful to her and she gave us some trip and places to visit. Absolutely recommend you see her if your at MAC.
