“Wow. What a fantastic waterfront brunch at Cafe Bernie’s. Lobster Fritter as a starter had the yummiest Cole slaw. I had the excellent Pompano fish special with amazing beans and rice and maduros. Wifey’s enjoyed her salmon Benedict. Gorgeous view, and really nice vibe. Great service by Rachel. We’ll be back.”

“The best spot in town to unwind and purchase a bottle of wine! Their store was well-organized, with a large variety of wines. Their staff was extremely courteous and supportive in providing details about the wines as well as making suggestions about what to buy for the occasion. It was an amazing adventure! Thank you so much, gentlemen!”

“There was a line right when we entered, but it went by so quickly. You're supposed to wear a mask while you're in there, and social distancing kinda happens. The liquors didn't seem too expensive, and the clerk was a very nice man- he had lots of personality about him. Definitely will return.”

“Best liquor store in South Miami. Had so many options to pick from. From $4 shots to very expensive drinks. The store was well put together, everything was in order from the type of liquor. Store is close to the beach and right at the heart of South Miami Beach. ☀️”

“I'm puzzled by the ratings because this bakery deserves close to 5 stars. The pastries were excellent—among the best I’ve tasted, though not the absolute best. The flavors were well-balanced, and the textures were perfect, offering a delightful eating experience. If I were to suggest any improvements, it might be to offer a wider variety of pastries or to enhance the presentation, which was simple but could be elevated to match the quality of the food. Overall, a highly recommended spot for pastry lovers.”

“Good selection of liquor in addition to wines. Their bitter and specialty liquor could be bigger for me, but it is still pretty impressive. Pricing was good. For example, Redemption Rye 8 year was $89.99 which I usually see for $99.99 at other reasonably priced places.”

“Very nice store, with a huge selection of wines and the friendliest workers (one of which is named Marcelle) that go out of their way to help you choose the perfect wine for the occasion. Highly recommended.”

“The place has been here so long. Always have a great variety to choose from. Conveniently located for locals and tourist alike. Dont hesitate to make your stop here when visiting from out of town or live around the corner. In a place where businesses close down mighty fast , this place has stood the test of time. I love coming here”

“Not just a liquor store but also a convenience store. Plenty of snacks/drinks besides just alcohol. I did happen to notice that pricing on alcohol was quite high compared to other parts of country. I guess they can get away with it being a tourist destination.”

“1st, I was surprised that liquor stores deliver on the strip. 2nd, a beautiful lady assisted us with the purchase and she was very sweet. Next, in spanish she stated that she had a 20 something year old daughter (a good dancer) that would be there soon. Surprised the space wasn't busting at the seams with customers. I'd visit again.”

“Solid selection of drinks. Appreciated the customer service as well: I had grabbed some drinks from the fridge but one of the employees went out of their way to get me a cold pack as I had pulled from a row that was just restocked.”

“I've had nothing but excellent service at MB Liquors. It's nice to go to a small family run biz instead of going to the big chains. I walk in and they know and greet me. NICESince moving to their new location they've expanded their selections and are carrying some really excellent products at competitive prices.I love the curated selection of Bourbons.”

“A large food market with Eastern European specialties that’s open late till midnight. Their Cuban kitchen serves Cuban dishes and of course coffee/juice and excellent Cuban pastries from early morning. Their Kitchen’s Cuban style sidewalk window is of great convenience to the community and passersby who don’t have to step inside.”

Workers here were super friendly and helpful too telling us what aisles had what we were looking for in them. Their meats looked really fresh too and not all that expensive. I would definitely shop here again.”

“This was not my first time visiting this lovely place. I have the same experience every time I visit! With a bunch of friends, all of whom enjoyed their food, I had a wonderful meal. The workers were very friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the variety of wines and appreciated the expertise of the staff to help us choose a wine. I'll certainly come back again soon!”
