To begin, 15 years ago when i used to walk the streets of Lincoln road I don’t remember being as urban and filthy as it is now. I have worked on Lincoln road for the past 5 years and man has it gotten bad. In the afternoon, you can literally see the rats running across the street from restaurant to restaurant not to mention since I work here I sometimes get here around 6 AM. The amount of homeless people that have decided to reside throughout all of Lincoln Road is astonishing. I have nothing against them but at the same time who wants to Go shopping or out to eat in an atmosphere, that is full of homeless people like if it were downtown or the urban streets of New York city. I find it very unappealing and disgusting to see a homeless man or woman, standing or sleeping on the floor in front of a restaurant. I am about to walk into eat at not to mention their smell is enough to drive you away and if that isn’t then maybe they’re screaming at you or cursing will do it. in accordance, I think Lincoln Road needs to do a better job of keeping the homeless out and the streets cleaned, especially with so many restaurants and retail stores in the area that are above average shops and brands. Lincoln Road used to be a nice place to hang out. It definitely is the complete opposite of that now if I did not work here, I would not be in this area whatsoever and no time of day.

Very nice outdoor mall. Very nice to have something to eat here in the evenings, we were here several times and we really enjoyed it.

Lincoln Center is undoubtedly an iconic venue, nestled at the heart of New York's cultural scene. On my recent visit, I found the ambiance to be just as grandiose as one might expect, with its spacious halls and remarkable architectural details setting a prestigious backdrop. The performances, ranging from classical music to avant-garde theatre, are usually top-notch, showcasing incredible talents. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the service. Although not entirely unpleasant, the staff seemed a tad overwhelmed, which led to slower service than I anticipated. Also, navigating through the various halls can be a bit confusing for first-timers. In all, while Lincoln Center remains a must-visit for culture aficionados, a little polish in service and navigation could elevate the experience significantly.

Without the movie theater this would be gone. A VERY nice outdoor space with mostly empty retail. Still a nice place to sit with your drink from home
