I recently visited this lid cap store after finding it on Google Maps, expecting a pleasant shopping experience. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff, particularly one individual, was far from welcoming. This person was unexpectedly rude and unhelpful, which significantly dampened my enthusiasm for browsing their selection. While the store itself might offer a variety of options for those in search of quality lid caps, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I hope this feedback encourages the store to improve its approach towards customer interactions.

Great Lids store and location. They had a ton of jerseys. They can also custom make you hats or jerseys. I picked up my kids some Miami gear.

Bought jersey there before closing the store and when I got home I noticed a letter is Missing from word “Miami”The day after whenI came back to the store manager literally refused to give me refund or at least to change for another one. She was extremely rude and said I had to look carefully before buying.Calling to my bank to dispute transaction.Btw she literally closed the door every 10 min to new customers until she done with previous one. Actually it was not even crowded at all.Shame on you Lid. Be better. Do better customer care!

Fix your hours to reflect the paper on the door. I paid for parking, which is top 1 most expensive in Miami. I spent gas money and time going to ur store. fix your hours.
