Amazing boutique hotel and air b and b with lush tropical gardens among the gated small intimate community. Close to everything including parks, beaches, south pint, shops and restaurants. Perfect location!

Just finished our 9 days vacation at this charming location. Everything was very nice and clean, tropical garden with a pool, closed to everything within walking distance. Highly recommended!

I highly regret staying here. I almost never write reviews, but feel other guests deserve a warning. This is NOT a hotel. At best, it's an overpriced, off-putting airbnb. At worst, it feels like a scam. The beds are super uncomfortable. There are no TV stations. NONE. If you want to watch something, you have to have a Netflix account and work to link it to the TV, which (because the internet is remarkably slow) took us a few hours. You pay a cleaning fee. But there is no daily maid service, and after you've made your reservation, you get a list of all the chores you have to do before you check out. (Take out the trash, wash dishes, empty all food, etc.) Will told me, "We are very strict about our linens." True. There are multiple signs in the unit reminding you how much you'll get charged if the bathroom mat, sheets, a washcloth etc. get stained. I spoke to another managers about what qualifies as a stain, and she showed me a large pile of linens that renters were going to be charged for. My husband and I spent too much of our family vacation worrying about the linens. Regardless, we were charged for a missing sheet and towel, which dumbfounded us, since they never left the room. (No inventory to say how many sheets/towels were there to begin with.) When I called to get an explanation, Will said he'd look into it and call me back. He never did. I called a second time. He said, "I'm in a meeting, I'll call you in twenty minutes." He never called back.

Horrible do not book here. They first take the money out way before they say they are and then send you an email telling you that you cannot have any guests. So if you have friends meeting you here in Miami they cannot come in and if they do you get charged $200 with a possible kick out with no refund. Owner rude and doesn't give any warnings about such. Spend your money somewhere else!

The owner and his wife are incredibly rude. My friends and I chose to stay here for our spring break and we wish we had stayed somewhere else. They were literally watching us. We were not disrespectful, loud or messy. However, his wife came at us disrespectful by saying "Oh, here goes the millenials". The comment was uncalled for. The owner lied on me saying he spoke to me individually, which he never called or emailed me about anything. I feel as though they felt they could treat us anyway because of how we looked. I definitely would never stay here again. The owner made me cry and disrespected me as well. Beautiful place but TERRIBLE service.
