Miami Beach location is AWESOME!! Recently had a fantastic experience with Jose who is the General Manager and Bryan who is a sales specialist. We had such an enjoyable experience trying on several leather coats - which have amazing style! Found such a unique jacket which is so different and will really stand out! As well as other clothes with fascinating style. These guys made this such a fun and enjoyable experience!! When in the Miami Beach area take the time to check out unique styles at the John Varvatos boutique. Please look up Jose & Bryan and tell them Mark sent you!! :-)

Do not buy at online stores. I have many clothes from John Varvatos that I bought at stores and although nice products, I will no longer buy due to poor customer service online.Bought shoes online and after days, followed up with them and they cancelled the order. With a very dry fake apology.Claiming is inventory discrepancy? Are we in 1999??? I have seen anything like this not even if you buy at Target. I guess this company will be another bankruptcy. They haven’t learned the lesson from COVID.

The store has all you expect from a Varvatos store productwise. Service is fantastic. Even in sale period they look for your size in other stores and get it to you free delivery

The staff at this location is inattentive and dismissive. Was here on July 21 at 3:45pm. I walked in the store, perused every rack, pulling down some items along the way. After 10 minutes of this and not being greeted or offered any help whatsoever from the staff, I left. I have purchased $10's of thousands of dollars from Varvatos and take great delight in visiting the physical locations whenever possible. I have been to stores in Vegas, San Fran, NYC, LA and get most items via personal shopper from NYC. The staff in this store is an embarrassment to Varvatos! To avoid being passive aggressive I re-entered the store and told the two staffers exactly where their performance needed improvement. One staffer apologized, the other was completely dismissive and immediately set about typing something on a computer! Amazing! Do not shop at this location. Based on other reviews for this location, mine was not an isolated experience. How can such a great brand allow such poor representation to continue at this location??
