I had a flat tire on my bike. I went to the store to try to fix it, they were super rude with the service, they said it was only for the next day, so I bought things to do it myself, they told me I couldn't do it inside the store, only on the side outside, on the sidewalk, when I finished, I asked if I could wash my hands, they didn't let me, they gave me a tiny piece of paper and said I couldn't stay there. I've never received such bad service in a bike shop in my life, usually, people who work with this are always very helpful, I have years of experience with bikes in some countries around the world. I used to travel long distances, but I have never had such bad service as I experienced in this place, I don't recommend it to anyone.

As a resident of NoBe as well as a biker, I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit to JB Bike. I may have briefly stopped by their previous location (a block away) back when most of us did not posted reviews on businesses nor services. This time, I am happy to do so. I was lucky to be helped by father and daughter in this family owned business. I was promptly attended, my needs served, and my options detailed so that I would choose the best option based on my needs. While there I engaged in enriching conversations and best of all, I left riding my bike. By the way, their bike inventory is amazing and fitting for newbies, and professionals.

This shop is super underrated. The owners knowledge is quite good. High quality products and bikes throughout the store. I’ve had a few repairs done here as well. Always on time and I’ve never had any issues

I made some modifications to "my electric bike" since I have back problems and i explained this to the staff when I was asked, not only did they try to obligate me to change the modifications I made after 7months which protect my back but I was refused service unless I made those modifications charging me 90$ extra from the 40$ I was supposed to pay. I walked away.Don't recommend this place, they seem hungry for making excuses and grabbing your money.

Avoid this place ! Not only they are always unfriendly but also incompetent! We had a first time a flat tire with our all new electric bike (purchase somewhere else) and every time we were using it after 5 min, flat again…. They made us pay 50$+ for changing the tube telling us “there is nothing on the tire you guys drove on a nail” …. Liars ! We just changed for another shop and the nail was still there in the tire ! Scammers !

Everyone Go to this bike store, Sam and his staff are the freakin BEST!! I first called I had many questions, he answered them all kindly, I then went inside the shop with some more questions and again he was very kind and helpful, the third time I handed my bike to him so they could break it down and pack it up to be shipped. Everything was done perfectly and on time. They send a text when everything is done which is really convenient. He is kind, helpful, to the point, has the patience of a saint and gives off “everything will be fine” Dad vibes. The staff are super too. Your bicycle will be in good hands! Thank you guys for making life easier.

This is my neighborhood bike shop , for the last two years Sam has been amazing at providing great customer service. Every time I’ve needed my breaks fixed or tires changed they did it fast and efficiently. I’ve never felt like I’ve been overcharged or ripped off by them.

Owner is incredibly rude. This bike shop has had numerous problems over the years. Bike safety is crucial. I would stay away from this shop. I had a flat tire fixed at JB Bike Shop. The next day it was flat again. A waste of time and money.
