Came here after the WeWork location in SoBe closed down. Not nearly as clean as WeWork locations and the communal space is rather small (and dark). Elevator was out of service for a few weeks, then the water machine… Really wanted to love it, but I can’t recommend it.

I’ve been at this location for over a year - amazing experience!
The space is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is perfect for productivity. Every interaction with the team - Gaby, Jessica and Connor - is perfect as they are always within reach and ready to help.
I want to specially single out Hannah, because she always goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is having a great experience every single day, whether it’s by organizing the buffet, or solving little problems, sometimes over the weekend.

After visiting multiple coworking facilities in SOBE I am so glad I chose Industrious in Miami Beach. I have been thoroughly impressed with the Industrious office space. The environment is both professional and welcoming, making it the perfect place to be productive and inspired. The amenities are top-notch, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the workspace.
A special shoutout to Hannah and Gaby, who go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Connor the area sales manager was also instrumental in making Industrious my home away from home! I ❤️ my private office! Their friendly and helpful attitudes make all the difference. Whether it’s organizing events, addressing any concerns, or just offering a warm genuine smile, they truly enhance the experience at Industrious. I highly recommended!

This co work space is one of the best offices I’ve ever had the pleasure of working out. You get breakfast daily, snacks are always out and the staff is what makes it home. We love Hannah and all the hard work she puts in in managing the place. Highly recommend Industrious if you are looking for a great workspace with community and a top team.

We've been with Industrious since 2022 after having left WeWork, and I can confidently say that it's the best decision we've made for our business. The community manager, Jessica, is truly amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met and is always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible experience at Industrious! While in town visiting Miami, we encountered issues with the WiFi at our Airbnb and decided to spend the day at Industrious instead. The space was exceptionally well-maintained, clean and comfortable, with a plethora of private and public working areas, including phone rooms for those in need of a quiet spot for a meeting. The design aesthetics at Industrious were stunning, with a modern and fresh design that appeared brand new. I work for Google and it almost felt like being in a Google office with the amenities available and the way it was designed. In addition to a kitchen where we could heat our food, there was also a fridge for storage, as well as complimentary snacks and the most delicious coffee.Jessica, who was at the front desk, was extremely accommodating and so, so kind! We had phoned ahead to ask if we could visit without being official members and she graciously let us stay for the entire day for free even though we aren't even members or from Miami. Once we showed up, she showed us where everything was snacks, restrooms, spaces to work, etc. We are planning a move to Miami in the near future and will definitely be getting memberships here upon doing so.Thanks again for such a lovely experience!

I love working here! The staff is so helpful and the space is clean. What I love about it most is the location! I love being able to walk to the beach between calls or to the mall if I need to pick something up! Also it’s really easy to get to by bike or trolley!

If you need small or medium office space in South Beach ready to go with all the amenities this is the place. The staff is great everything is clean and new. Location is excellent.
