Avoid this hotel is a shambles. Watch your bills as they will just charge you made up amounts and then tell you they are refunding their error and actually charge you again! Don’t stay here it is a dump.

I would stay again, we were there 2 days before our cruise, they need a coffee cafe and ice cream soft serve shoppe at the hotel, one restaurant is not good
Food and drinks: No food or drinks, just a random restaurant with certain hours, need at least a coffee cafe and soft serve icecream shoppe, they're missing a golden opportunity

My sister and I had a planned stay at Holiday Inn the same day Hurricane Milton hit Florida's west coast. Miami was an evacuation spot for much of south western Florida, resulting in a very full hotel with anxious people and a LOT of dogs. Despite this unexpected turn of events, the staff was friendly and pleasant to work with. They even accommodated us an extra night when our cruise was postponed. My only complaint was that the sink base in our bathroom was to close to the toilet, making for a very awkward position.

What an absolute dump. Stayed here for a conference. I had to change rooms the first night because there was clearly a family of at least six staying in the room next door. The gap under the adjoining door to their room made it seem like they were all in the room with me. My second day, and room, water was leaking from the ceiling through the AC return. I called the front desk, they sent someone who took a look, he showed up, took a look, muttered something I couldn’t understand and left and I never heard anything again and the leaking water continued until I left. Also the water in the shower would go from lukewarm to scalding hot on its own. It was an absolutely horrible stay. I could not wait to leave this place.

Very good hotel, nothing else is missing, it needs to put an elevator but it only has 2 elevators, very good service, excellent breakfast, very good vibes

small room
Rooms: very small
Noteworthy details: The over-chlorinated pool discolors the mesh and burns the hair.

The attention of Kaira and the restaurant staff make the difference, with their warmth and service.
The hotel is PET friendly which I love and I congratulate you on this decision.
Walkability: Nice to walk near the beach!

Ivan willy Laura alexis THESE INDIVIDUALS were beyond lifesaving for my son and I during evacuation .. I don't have enough words to explain what they did for me to keep me calm during a time when I have never been so scared and panicked .. I had no money barely to speak of and tons to need ...these individuals should be without a doubt recognized by this hotel they NEVER EVER STOPPED HELPING us evacuated Florida residence .. never ... Ever .. with amazing calming attitudes and they STRIVED EVERY SINGLE SECOND to help and it's exactly what they did AROUND THE CLOCK .. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU

I’m so saddened to write this review about this hotel! My job paid for me to relocate to this hotel, and the receptionist told me that my job paid for 1 day (they actually paid for 4). I called my traveling team to let them know, and they told me to show the receptionist a receipt of them paying for the room. The only thing I had to pay was the $200 security deposit, I ended up paying $843. When I was on the phone with the traveling team, the receptionist snatched my phone out my hand and silenced my phone. My anxiety and PTSD was so bad, I went to the room to cry. The carpet smelled old, I had bloodstains on my curtains, and the tub was unsanitary. I will NEVER return here again!

to charge 30$ a person for such a small breakfast that is normally free at any other decent hotel is absolutely rediculous.
