“Price on world silver and 90% is fair. But wanted a 40% premium ($8/spot) for generic silver rounds which is unreasonable for a bullion shop. But overall good service go for coins not for bullion”
“Very nice newer Michaels store. Went in for a custom framing job. My order took longer than expected due to the postal company dropping off the mattes to the wrong Michaels. The manager Nadine went out of her way to personally pick it up from another Michaels. Due to the delay, Nadine made it right. The people in the framing department are very nice and helpful, especially Christian. I think they went above and beyond despite the hurdles they have to jump through. More staffing to help would be a great solution. Too much responsibility on the few individuals in the store and it is honestly not fair to them. They have good employees. The store is very tidy and organized.”
