Usual H&M stuff, beautiful building, but I've never seen more than two or three cashiers with routinely 20+ people in line. Takes a long time and no public restroom... cashiers will say it's "out of service and you can try Starbucks across the street."

The store is 3 stories but there was not a lot of staff present.

The store has good selection, but is not accessible and not family-friendly. I had my baby and her stroller with me, and couldn’t try on any clothes because each fitting room area requires you to go upstairs to some half-level. We also couldn’t access the 3rd floor (mens items, more women’s clothing, and fitting room) because of the elevator being out of service. I will just order online from now on or go to Akira nearby
