Unacceptable!! Agency to flee if nothing changes!!At reception the lack of involvement is just crazy, no effort to speed up the delivery of the car, more than 30min ??I had booked online, paid for everything, the person asked us for $600 more, without explanation. Then when I ask why, he taps on the computer and comes up with $300. I ask why again and I come across $80?? What's wrong? I still don't know why I paid extra but after waiting I gave up and paid. A ransom demand for me to get my car back??Then handing over the car, a joke! The car is parked 10 minutes from the premises. Arrived, the guy is vacuuming, vehicle ready? And I had paid to have a full tank… I got an empty vehicle.Quality of vehicle identical to the agency... stained seats, faulty windshield wipers, no window washer...

NEWThe reference of unprofessionalism: the young clerk was not exhibiting a courteous, conscientious, and not even able to provide a phone number of car rental Airport office. He became aggressive after we have asked his name for reference. Weshowed up with a vehicle with the oil light on and couldn't be driven and he did not want to help. Horrible customer service.

A disaster ! Total disorganization, total lack of sympathy. Obviously the reserved car is not available, the employees shout at each other in front of the customers, we wait more than an hour to collect a car, because it is not ready and does not meet our needs but at least we We're lucky because 2 other customers are not so lucky and leave without a car. The car is dirty and without fuel!! To flee !!!

I rented a vehicle last Friday for one day and I dropped off the vehicle on time the next day. I looked at my bank account and I been getting charged $100 dollars everyday since I dropped it off. How is this even possible? I can’t get in touch with anyone to resolve this problem. When I dropped it off the person that works at the location told me that he would email me the receipt because they were so busy and I never got it. I also have proof that I dropped off the vehicle on time with no damage. I don’t know what else to do. Can someone reach out to me or give me a phone number for this location?

How would it be possible for me to give more than 1 star?? I had plans for a day trip and made a reservation for a vehicle 45 days before the rental. I showed up to the location and it’s a fairly small location with only two employees operating there. There is a line out the door and I waited approximately 30 minutes with no sign of me getting my vehicle anytime soon. I ended up leaving and just Ubering to the airport to pick up a vehicle over there. Ridiculous.

We had to go earlier than we needed just to be sure we were able to secure a vehicle for the day, but Martin and his colleague were very helpful, good service, cordial, and respectful.
