Everything went smoothly. Had the rental car for one day. Employees are very nice.
Tank was only 1/4 full, it is difficult to reach this level again when returning it.

Extremely well located Hertz in mid-beach, walking distance from hotel. That Monday morning was packed with renters because of aftermath of Microsoft outage. Despite this Chris R. was a true pro. Provided super friendly service without breaking a sweat. Had to wait for my rental as it was coming in, but Chris gave me a free upgrade, pre-processed me and called when the vehicle was ready and personally drove it to me. Red carpet service, really, thank you Chris!!

Dzien wczesniej zabookowalem auto w klasie standard na 2 dni, aby dostać się do Orlando i Key West. Z racji, że bookowalem na ostatnią chwilę, auto było nie dostępne i dostałem w tej samej cenie camaro! Odbiór trwał moze 15 minut, a zdanie 5. Polecam!

Martin made the difference.
The process of getting my car was smooth even though I reserved my car last minute for the day. I expected to bring the car back by 5pm but was running late because of traffic. Called Martin at the hertz location and waited for me to close the location. Fantastic client experience for me and my family.

I arrived at 8:05 and I've been waiting for 20 minutes because they seem to be overcharging the man in front of me. How does $216 x 3 weeks add up to $1300?There's only person at the counter, even though I have seen 4 employees here. I even pre-checked in yesterday to save time!

Guys at the office and the whole team are very friendly and helpful, but they didn’t have car that i ordered ( Chevy Equinox)instead they offered me an „upgrade” to old Sienna with 100k miles on it and destroyed interior or smaller car Hyundai Kona, which was to small for me and my familly. Last minute someone returned Nissan Rogue, which we took in the end and it was bery good. Oberall i will not use Hertz again as they do not have cars you book and try to give whatever they have. I never had such issue at other companies, therefore just 2 stars ( because of nice guys).

I rented a car today for day trip. I showed up at 8 am and got the car in 10 to 15 minutes. I got the exact car that I reserved and the staff Pierre who helped me was very nice and helpful

Poor poor poor management. I come in to get my rental there’s only 2 people working … they have literally NO rhyme or reason to who they’re taking. They’re not honoring the ORDER IN WHICH CUSTOMERS ARRIVE in the location. I did the PRE CHECK IN to save TIME and they continue to ask out loud to the lobby of people “any returns? Any returns?” I keep saying that I have a preAUTHORIZED CHECK IN! What is the point of Hertz emailing me to check in IN ADVANCE if it is still going to take an HOUR to even been seen by someone? This is not good business. And the first and LAST time I’m using Hertz!

For all German holidaymakers: The vehicle was booked months in advance via ADAC; We arrived there 15 minutes before booking and were then told that they had no vehicles available; We would be put on a waiting list. 1.5 hours later we received a vehicle that was 5 years old and had 55,000 miles on it. An employee told us that the tank was half empty and that we could therefore simply return the vehicle with an empty tank; he would have noted this. The vehicle was believed to have a sawtooth on the rear right tire and was making loud noises at highway speeds; (We drove over 1000 miles). When we returned it, no one could remember what had been agreed with the employee and we were charged $71 for filling the tank. All in all, absolutely unbearable, especially since our daily routine when renting was disrupted by the delay. We also booked a vehicle at Sixt on Washington Avenue one day, everything worked wonderfully there and there were a lot of vehicles available on the roof of the neighboring parking garage.

First of all, thank you for the apparent patience. I was 8 minutes late after 5 for the car drop, but I was assisted, so, no complaints there, I mean, almost. I tried to easy things up with small talk (I’m not too good with that) by telling the guy that I was sorry about my delay (about 12 other people were there as well when I arrived), then, the guy told me he was not getting paid over time and I said that I was sorry to hear and he said something like: “I’m here now because of you and you saying sorry will not help me at all” and he told me that with all seriousness. I’m sorry, but that was uncalled for. I’ll never rent a car with Hertz again (because of that and also because I rented a TESLA, but they had a dirty (I mean, it was DIRTY inside and out) Volvo XC40 with low autonomy and the car was provided with 46% charge). Hertz: You should pay over time to your employees and also hire people that respect the clients besides anything else.
To the employee: find another job man and learn how to treat people. I’ve had situations where the customer was not right, but I’m ALWAYS a PROFESSIONAL.
