Store says it opens at 10:00 AM on Mondays. I have been waiting since 10:00 and it is still not open. How do you run a business like this? Very disappointed.

At first Worst customer experience ever. Terrible sales persons but the manager understood the situation when I came back and fixed it all. She would definitely be more successful if she could be assisted by competent people who actually care about customers!

Staff help me find the perfect pair of flip-flops… They are really sweet and I ended up buying a few as they were on sale. Perfect first stop before the beach!

Left my dinner early to go buy a pair of flip flops before this place closed at 9pm, got there at 8, apparently they feel like they can close whenever they want to, after reading a few reviews I see a few other people have had this problem, this is a retail store not a pop up shop, fix your hours!

I walked a mile to buy some havianas from these losers. Closed at noon on a Thursday. The vender next door said you never know when they will be there. Sorry bunch. Don’t bother.

Best customer service on Lincoln Road! Lilia made sure that we were well taken care of. She was extremely professional and polite, and made our shopping experience at Havaianas amazing. We will be coming back for sure!
