I should have left this review some time ago, but I must say that the best part of this marina is the manager, Enrique.Enrique has always been extremely kind, professional, patient, attentive, helpful and will make the time- regardless of what he is doing- to be gracious and listen.This leader is a problem solver, a people person and that makes a huge difference to us!I must honestly commend Enrique for his excellence in customer care and leadership.I can assure you that here, you will be well taken care of!

I have been a customer at Haulover Marina for many years and I am grateful to have had a very good experience!This marina is ideally situated near the Haulover inlet, is close to a marine fuel station, and is also near many sandbars and islands.There is plenty of parking, the gift shop is stocked with amazing items, the bathrooms and showers are clean, the boats are well taken care of, the outdoor staff are helpful, and the manager Enrique is just ALWAYS ALWAYS outstanding!I can highly recommend this marina to all!

My experience at HMC was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the unpleasant encounter with a bearded individual. His handling of disagreements was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. It's regrettable that such behavior tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise potentially good establishment. Needless to say, I will not be returning and would caution others against doing business here.
