They might be able to translate non-complicated medical language, but completely avoid them for more complicated medical language. They just don't have the medical knowledge to translate them properly. I had a terrible experience, where I had to spend hours of my time fixing multiple mistakes they made. In fact, they give you the opportunity to make corrections to their work, likely because they know they make mistakes all the time. I asked for a refund because I shouldn't have to fix their mistakes (after all, I paid for THEM to translate the medical document for me), but it was not given.

Our company used GTS translation services five times and were very satisfied. On the 6th order, we cancelled our order very soon after placing the order due to our customer cancelling their order for product with us.
