It was our first time staying here and we had a nice experience. It was an adults only hotel. The staff was friendly and made sure to make our stay as perfect as they could. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and water pressure was great. The hotel is two blocks from the section on the beach where you can claim your beach chairs and to rent an umbrella was $20 for the day. It was nice that beach towels were included with your stay, one less thing to worry about. I would stay here again and have recommended since we returned from our trip.
Walkability: We were able to walk to a few breakfast places, the CVS was next door, there’s a KITH store across the street and the beach is across the street as well. The section to claim the free beach chairs is 2 short blocks away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Greystone Miami, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! Located just a few steps away from the vibrant South Beach, this hotel is a gem in the heart of Miami.
From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the beautiful ambience that fills every corner of this boutique hotel. The decor is stylish and modern, with a touch of elegance that makes you feel like you're in a luxurious oasis.
But what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service, particularly from Fernando, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His warm smile, attentive nature, and genuine desire to make me feel welcome made all the difference.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to relax and unwind. And with South Beach just a stone's throw away, you're never far from the action.
Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Greystone Miami to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Miami. Special thanks again to Fernando for making my stay so special. I'll be back soon! 5/5 stars!

Everything about Hotel Greystone was 10/10!!
The staff has such great energy and really set the tone for a great vacation!
I love a boutique hotel, with fewer rooms, as it was never too loud or too crowded but within a 1-10 minute walk to beach, bars, restaurants & clubs. The room was super cute and perfect for staying in & getting cozy, too! The rooftop pool is a vibe and the overall location of the hotel is awesome.
I will definitely be back & looking forward to it tremendously!
Rooms: Super cute room with everything you need to feel cozy & at home. Closet was actually pretty big esp for a boutique hotel and I loved the other clothing/ travel storage options present in addition to the closet space!
Also- the water pressure and temp- SO good.
Safety: Only 1 entrance to the hotel unlocked at night time with 24/7 front desk and security made us feel super safe!
Walkability: Within a 1 minute walk to bars, restaurants & a few clubs. Shopping & convenience also right next door. 20 minute walk in all directions from the hotel there is food, drinking & shopping but if you wish to venture further, Uber was never more than 2-5 minutes away.
Food & drinks: Hotel bar, restaurant, cafe & rooftop bar were all great! Food was super yummy and the cocktails, spot on! All of the staff are great and attentive and truly care about the guests.

Front desk staff are phenomenal. There's always someone there, and they are extremely welcoming and helpful. Your room cokes with two complimentary beach chairs. An umbrella will run you an additional $22, but that's a small fee compared to sitting directly in the sun all day at the beach. I was in town for a conference, and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location- close proximity to the convention center, close to the beach, good food all around- and not needing any special luxuries in the room. The rooms are nice, but nothing extremely special. Bed was comfortable, room is nice. Rooftop pool is on smaller side, but you should be at the beach anyway. Rooftop pool bar is a nice spot. Great deals on beer, typical Miami Beach prices for cocktails. Highly recommend.

I loved everything about my stay at the Hotel Greystone. We stayed in a superior king, in the main building. Room was nicely designed, and LOVED how we could use Chromecast to stream. I usually don't sleep well when I travel, but it was not the case this time. The bed and pillows were fantastic.
I wish there were hooks to hang towels, and a dresser of some sort. We stayed for 4 nights, and more storage would've been appreciated.
Location is great - tons of restaurants nearby, and a quick uber drive or walk to wherever you need to go. The 24 hour CVS next door was a huge benefit. Last time I came to Miami, I stayed in mid-Beach, so this location was such a nice change of pace. .
The rooftop pool was very relaxing and quiet!
Front desk staff was easy to work with, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. It was a bit challenging to get them on the phone for a day but eventually got through.
I will happily stay at Hotel Greystone next time I'm in Miami and will recommend it to my friends!

I planned on visiting this hotel for a weekend. I booked and the person who was traveling with with me passed away. I called to cancel and the hotel still charged me for 1 day. Keep in mind my cheer team have a trip to Florida in SEPTEMBER I was going to boom this hotel for my entire team. Not anymore, they show no sympathy to their guests. Charging a guest for 1 day knowing that 1 of the travelers died is just greedy! I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Its a nice hotel but they dont care about their customers. Just money hungry!!

We stayed here twice this year. The first time was great. But the second time we stayed there we had our car scratched by the valet. The hotel said they would ensure it was taken care of after one of the hotels employees came down and saw the damage and that it was new. Then after we returned home and got the quote to fix the car…all of a sudden it wasn’t the hotels issue any more and I needed to take it up with the valet service that will not respond to my emails. The entire time we stayed there parking was an issue. When trying to use the valet the spots in front of the hotel were always filled and the valet was nowhere to be found. So we were left double parking in the street with our hazards on and giving our keys to the front desk. The general manager really mislead us to get us to leave when the car was damaged and despite saying he would take care of the damage…is now refusing to take care of it. We will not be staying here ever again. We are looking for 5 star experiences with service and for the hotel to act responsibly. We expected that they would do what they said when our car was clearly damaged by their valet service

After returning home, I was stabbed in the back.
It's written in small letters so you can't see it on the reservation site, but you'll be charged $50 per day so you barely notice.
It's called a resort fee, but it's the price of two bottles of water per stay, as well as the iPad and TV(?) provided there.
I stayed for two days and drank 130,000 won worth of water.
I felt like shit haha.
The long-haired man at the rooftop bar is racist.
The facilities aren't bad, but my memory is tainted by that back of my head.
