I have this watch that was bought here 8 years ago I know it’s been some time but I have original box from gray and sons I went and got the watch check was told it was gold plated not 18k like in description and was told the diamonds that was said to be diamonds were moissanite and know I don’t know if I believe the watch is real because I don’t find Piaget using plated gold only 18k solid gold I tried contacting customer service about it but vary rude and didn't wanna give me information on the watch because it was bought 8 years ago really disappointed

I had a very unpleasant experience with a very pleasant employee of this company. I was purchasing a Cartier Santos after having had one stolen by Icelandair. I had made a bid which was accepted and had paid for the watch with my American Express card. I was having it shipped to my partners address in Oregon as we don’t pay sales tax there. The charge went through. On the day the item was to be shipped I started getting texts and they wanted, a picture of my drivers license which I sent. They had contacted me both by phone calls and with texts and also emails. Despite having my money from the American Express card, their risk department did not want to mail it to my partners address. I was given the option to send a check or wire transfer, after they had already taken the money out of my American Express card. This began to sound like a scam. In the string of texts, I was not given the option of having my partner just use his credit card with his drivers license. Supposedly they are refunding me my $4080.00. I did get a phone call and was very politely treated by Rich, but felt uncomfortable dealing with a company that charged my credit card and then asked for cash before I saw anything. I decided to accept an offer from Bezel despite it being more expensive.Alexei Romanov

Bal Harbor shops recommended Gray and sons jewelers to do a repair on my Corum watch. I already had a bad experience with Corum so I was willing to try another Watch repair service center and Gray and Sons came highly recommended. I walked in and they treated me like $1 million from the first minute there was a screw loose inside my watch that was jamming the movement most companies want to get me for a complete overhaul gray and sons opened up the watch put in the screw and then try To Waterproof my watch because my watch was not waterproof when I first gave it to him anyway this company is a 10 . Fabio and his team get a a+ for customer service and watch repair

Prompt, professional service second to none! I purchased a beautiful watch band and Viktoria went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect! I was so pleased, I had them service another watch as well and once again Viktoria made sure the fit was perfect and both watches were promptly returned. I will be a return customer.

I purchased my first Rolex to celebrate my graduation from grad school. This is my family’s 8th rolex, as my father in law has been working with Grey and Son’s now for over 15 years. He has bought all of his family’s Rolex’s through Grey and Son’s, so it was a no-brainer for me to do so as well.Personally, I’m a bit of a stickler for customer service. I own my own small business so I sincerely appreciate when people go above and beyond for customers. The staff, especially Agnes and Viktoria for showing me multiple watches. Even going to the lengths to show me videos and photos of different watches as per my specifications on the type of video and photos I wanted. For someone who was a little nervous to purchase my first big watch, this was a game changer. I was able to compare and contrast my favorite watches and found the watch that I’ve been wanting now for 6 years.I’m thankful for the attention to detail that Grey and Son’s offers. I bought the watch on Saturday and the watch arrived today. Grey and Son’s has a life long customer, yet again.Thank you!

Huge thank you to Gray and Sons! I took my watches to another location for a simple battery change and they told me that my watches were broken. I went to Gray and Sons and they were able to fix my watches within 15min. This will be the only jeweler I go to for all my needs! Thanks again

Excellent customer service ! Keith and his team perfectly attended to my every need. I came in looking to sell my Rolex President, and with Gray and Sons help, I was able to find my next piece that I fell in love with, a beautiful gold GMT master II from the same year as my birthday! Keith also made sure the watch was waterproof and keeping good time!
