Spent $177 on 4 items and they refused to let me use their restroom rather send me to the store athletica next store. How ridiculous is that?!! Horrible store horrible management!

First let me say the lady (other manager) was so gracious and customer oriented and she helped me out within a minute and solved.Now the gentleman (short guy with a nasty attitude for zero reason) was absolutely horrendous to me I was uncomfortable and literally will never come to this store! Do not treat people like this I don't have to take your negative behavior and ruined my night! This happened 5:35-40 pm today!And he's a manager (he let me know that a couple of times) before I even asked for one!

Super nice employees and this was the only store I was able to find clothes for back to school for my 13 yr old teen. This store is two floors and it has a elevator.

I really like GAP, the outfits, the discounts etc and I’m not one to write reviews. Last week I was there with my kids, and I witnessed this lady (looked like the was the manager) mistreating and belittling one of her employees. She was speaking Spanish and English but my kids speak Spanish and said she was rude to the lady, in front of everyone near the cashier and other employees. We heard the lady looking down and saying “I’m sorry” Muriel (or a similar name). I just hope GAP gives the deserved treatment to their employees as they do to their brand name. It’s one thing to advise and teach someone and another to humiliate. The latter is usually done in front of other people with no purpose of growth. That is no way of manage a store of its caliber or people themselves. Just my two cents for a store I very much frequent and adore. Hope she improves her speech and attitude.

I never had a bad experience in any Gap stores that this one.I get in there and I asked a lady and I asked her for some specific shirt I wanted to buy, and in a cold manner she point a table, and didn't found she didn't helped there were 2 more employees who just ignore us, I decided to buy 1 item and order the ones i didn't found , I noticed I was charged at different price, I told the cashier and I showed her the price online, she told me that was her price at store and she can't match the price, she just said order online yourself, with a sarcastic way, she never offered to ask a manager or place the order for me and the male employee just ignored the conversation, I felt upset fir the bad service this 2 Argentinas employees the obe at cashier tall. They should treat customers with respect and courtesy, ans let them go put with hands empty.
