I’ve never had a better experience in a store. The store looked beautiful!! But more important I was greeted by a friendly staff that was knowledgeable and helpful. But not pushy. South Beach is an intimidating area and the staff was warm and welcoming. Stylish and on trend.Here’s my story: I was gathering things I wanted and trying on fabulous jewelry. In the process I took off two very valuable rings. One of which was my wedding ring. I had to leave suddenly and was planning on coming back. Long story short I had to leave suddenly and planned on coming back. I couldn’t get back before I had to catch a plane to Denver. On the plane I realized I didn’t have my rings!I couldn’t do anything about it till the next day. I reached out and they had my rings safely in their safe. Lauren the manager remembered me when I called and couldn’t have been nicer!! I could go on and on. But long story short I was treated so well. Placed a small order but was treated like a queen. And I have my rings on their way to me.Love this store and the staff is beyond great!!!

So.. I'm an employee here that works seasonally, and I must say that after all the constant change of employees and roles I've seen over the last 5 years, the ones that are currently here now are absolutely phenomenal !!!! If you're looking to shop at a Free People store in Miami, I HIGHLY recommend the shop on 7th street Collins Ave! Shout out to Rose the General Manager there!! She is such a beautiful soul that woman WOWW!! A Highly professional and respectable human that is outstanding in all her efforts!!! I needed to give this review for not only Rose but the entire team that work so well together! Very proud of the store and their team work efforts!!You will never be disappointed coming here ;)
