Frankie Miami is a great store with great customer service. I made an order online and accidentally put store pick up. They called me and asked me if I would prefer someone from their store hand deliver my order to me! I said sure. This is very convenient for me since I live all the way in the Gables and Frankie is in South Beach. The store employee came all the way from South Beach to deliver my clothes in the Gables! Frankie is truly one of the best boutiques in all of Miami, which is why I shop there having it be so far. It is truly worth the trip <3 I totally recommend you check it out!

DO not buy their jewelry!! They claim to have 14 karat gold plated items and they lied about the quality of the products. I purchased two bracelets from them and one month later this item was completely tarnished and completely unwearable.(I never got wet or showered with it on) I tried to speak to the management but the gave me the run around and took weeks to get back to me because owner was "busy" "on vacation." They promised me a store credit and then never followed through on it. I was scammed out of $300. Really disappointed and will never shop there again. You've been warned.

Omg okay, Frankie's is one of my favorite boutiques to visit before hitting south beach. Their selection is always fresh and I find myself picking out pieces I can't find anywhere else. I travel for work and always look forward to stopping by whenever I am in town. Staff is also very accommodating and friendly. Cheers

The clothes they had was so nice and pretty. Especially, the dresses they were very classy, sexy, and beautiful. I like how organized this boutique is. They separate it by color and style. The staff was so helpful and friendly in helping me to look for a nice dress that fits me so well. I enjoyed fitting their dresses. I will surely visit this boutique again.

They have some cute contemporary stuff. But the blonde girl that was helping customers just ignored me, quite sure she judged my easy outfit. She just stared at me a bit and didn’t approach me, while being helpful to other customers.
