I have been coming here for years because it’s like 5 minutes from my house but to be honest I would take my pet somewhere else if you can. They’re rude and god forbid your dog doesn’t feel good enough to go to her appointment. They suddenly have a cancellation fee because of the other clients that have cancelled in the past. I have been loyal, punctual and always tip the groomer even though they are the most difficult people. I have said this for years. Their are so many trustworthy businesses you can take your pet take you, check those out instead

A hidden pup grooming gem on Miami Beach! I had been trimming my pups fur until I found a sweet groomer that I could trust. I passed by here to get my pups food since they were the only place that carried it in the area. What a surprise! Karina was grooming a Shih tzu at the time. So I was able to see her beautiful work! I immediately booked an appointment. When I arrived her daughter was so kind! Such a lovely welcome! Karina (groomer:) was so nice and did the exact style as a photo I showed her. I had provided the photo as inspiration but loved that she really listened to the style I was hoping for:) Beyond delighted with this groomer. A lovely family owned business:) Every detail was perfect! Even Pucci seemed happy when I picked her up:) Absolutely love the posh style and service:)! Yet the price was reasonable! Five star pet grooming service:)! Thank you Karina! See you later this month for Puccis next appt:)!

I love Flores!!! I’ve brought my dog, Dakota, for a baths a few times now. I feel complete secure that she will be good hands and she’ll be safe. Very affordable and will continue to bring her back, from another local to another.

Best dog groomer in Miami Beach! After trying many different places over the last 5 years, I found Flores Grooming and they are by far the best. They are so nice and very helpful/accommodating when it comes to booking an appointment….They are also very caring and you can tell they love animals. The shop is clean and there is parking nearby. I will never go anywhere else!

The staff is very caring and love animals. All of the prices are very fair. They also have some pet supplies like toys, treats, and a limited supply of food you can purchase. My dog Ocho always has a good time while at Flores Pet Grooming.

She gave a good haircut to my pet but 100% drugged him. I'm absolutely certain that he was drugged. He couldn't keep his eyes open when I picked him up. He usually has anxiety from baths, I had to carry Him home in my arms and he slept for the next 10 hours. Very unusual.

Our pet’s (Shadow) first grooming experience was amazing! The staff is friendly and it was easy to book an appointment. The quality of trimming was excellent, and the bathing & blow dry made the pet hair smooth. We will go back on a regular basis.
