Shopping for my vacation, needed a few items ... the experience was 200% better when paying/checking out with Irina Qu. She is knowledgeable on all the sales, products and just a super nice person. This is what shopping should be like. Irina Qu, look for her register on the first floor ... you'll be happy you did.

Terrible service. Barely any products available for sale. With so many options nearby, I wouldn't bother wasting your time here.

I live in Canada. Before COVID my wife and I used to enjoy crossing the border and going down to Macy's in Burlington VT. This summer we drove to Burlington, VT. They last time we went to Burlington they had shut down their store. I don't know when they shut it down but it could have been years ago. Recently, we took a trip to Florida. We were so excited because we found a few Macy's that were still open. My wife could only find one bargain. Evereything else was overpriced. My wife tried to use her Macy credit card but it was rejected. We found out that Macy was not accepting Canadian credit cards. I finally had one reason why they are not doing well and why the Burlinton, VT location closed. So many Canadian customers shopped at Macy in Burlington. When they didn't want us, we didn't want them. Canadians during the winter months Canadans spend billion in Florida. You would think that Macy would want a piece of this pie. It seems they don't and it's not because we don't pay our bills. I have a USA issued credit card with a Canadian address, an Amazon account and other USA accounts. No problem. From what I read, it seems most people, if they close, will not be sad, and for good reason.

The selection and customer service is way below standard. I purchased a pair of Adidas sneakers and less than 2 weeks later after wearing only twice, the sneakers had a hole in them. Finish Line in Macy’s would not exchange them for the same new pair. They told me to contact Adidas directly to try to change them. Finish Line should stand behind the product they sell and deal with the manufacturer themselves. Staff isn’t trained properly, isn’t polite or knowledgeable. The young girl at the cash register didn’t know how to handle it, she called another young guy that was standing on a skateboard that wanted me to deal with Adidas directly. There was no manager in the store, so they called the manager(Vince or Aaron) which didn’t even get the hole story and he asked the you guy what do you think giving him the authority to make a decision? So ones spends over $100 on a pair of Adidas sneakers, wear them twice, get a hole, bring them back and they don’t stand behind the product they are selling. Totally unprofessional business. Don’t bother going here. They’ll be closing soon by the looks of it, it’s empty, bad customer service, practically deserted and low inventory. Don’t waste your time.

Inventory is horrible and customer service is even worse. Don't bother going here, it's a waste of time. Sad that Macy's has turned into this.

What happened to Macy's? This used to be a nice place to shop. Everything is just gone straight downhill. I went into this location on South Beach and I thought I was in a Sears. Ugly decor, ugly clothing racks, and s*** piled up everywhere. I won't be back.

I have a problem with my delivery. Missing items!!! I bought two queen sheet and I just received one!!! My order was delivered incomplete!!! I try to call for a customer service several times and sent several emails but I didn't any response! I really don't recommend to buy online in this store. During covid pandemic they haven't a customer service!!! You will lost your money as me!!!

I have been shopping at this store for over 30 years, back when it was called (Burdines). Perfect for last minute vacation shopping. All the sales associates are very friendly and customer service oriented. Its not the biggest Macy's but has most items.
