WARNING: They charge out-of-town customers FAKE sales tax to steal their money. We bought around $50 worth of grocery items, and they added a 7% "sales tax" to our bill even though we later on found out there is NO sales tax on groceries in Florida or in Miami-Dade county. They did this to us because we clearly looked like we were visiting from somewhere else, they figured we wouldn't know about the no-sales-tax-on-groceries rule and they could just pocket the extra 7%.WARNING: They charge out of town customers FAKE sales tax to steal their money. This is labeled as a place for fresh produce. The grapes were moldy. Just an ok convenience store.

The juice costs 6 dollars and they serve it in glasses with coffee lids, the bread with tortilla costs 12 dollars ? 17.90 for a bread with eggs and a mango juice, you don't want to leave a tip because of how expensive they sell there

The counter people are friendly and their philly cheese steaks are nice. I'll try to come here at least a few times a month. It reminds me of the bodegas in the city.

Fernandez Food Market has fresh fruit, fresh cafe, my favorite is there cafe con leche, and they make their food with love, shoot, everything they make is with love. I would go here everyday to spend my money if I lived in the Miami area.
