I went to this location to return a package and both a workers and a manager were super rude, I don’t think a person like this should be a manager for this company. Extremely unprofessional! I will as well contact fedex about it. The manager has earrings and black hair!

I'm writing not so much to leave a review, but rather to capture the attention of some Fedex managers because what happened today, February 7, 2024, is embarrassing and you should not allow people like the one that I found today,running an a store like that wich at the end is customer service.The way that I got treated today it is unacceptable and to the dear manager, I believe the person with serious insecurities problems for obvious reasons, focused on training only the upper body but no legs,full of “juice” was a manager,so full that he started stuttering out of nervousness with his already terrible English, he was unable to express a concept that makes sense but he simply decided to throw me out out of the store (luckily for him he didn't touch me ) with the help of the police who were inside because he had ZERO communications skills.Maybe his name is Jose since I saw already bad review about this person,but I’m not sure 100%, the only think I know it’s Cuban 100% because he has no English at all and the accent was definitely from that country. first of all, your new payment system is decidedly worse than the previous one, well perhaps it is better for you because by st@eali@@ng people's money you make more of it, but this could trigger discontent as happened to me today. I'll explain…I enter the Alton Road shop in the morning of the day I described to print some documents, I sit down at the first computer and when I try to make the pre-payment, because as I said you have changed the system and make the customer pre-pay rather than making a charge for the real price of the service, the computer remains blocked. I have to go to the second one and you can see it from the cameras, nothing even the second one wants to work, it reflects a bit the workers inside this facility. I go back to the one where I sat the first time and finally decides to go ahead with the payment then I charge 5$ as pre pay. I start browsing on the internet and after about a minute and 10 seconds, I was ready to print and this is where the imaginable happens.I try to print 3 copies and nothing tells me that I don't have enough money to print 3 pages... let's remember that I still had 3 minutes and 50 seconds to use(3$ and 50 cent). I try to print two pages and nothing, it still tells me that I didn't have enough money, I try to print only one page, I repeat one page with still 3 minutes and 20 seconds available, practically still 3$ and 20 cents to use but nothing,It tells me that I didn't have enough money to print a page, at this point the system freezes as if it was looking for something, until the end of these 3 minutes. I try to catch a girl's attention and explain to her that I can't even print a single page with $3 and 20 cents back, she replies "because you've run out of time"! I continue by telling her that the system it say the same thing since when I still had 4 minutes and that it's not a question of time, in the midtime the time had expired because we had a back and forth conversation, where I exposed the problem to her, a clearly unprepared person,where she kept tried to tell me that it was a question of time but in reality she was clearly embarrassed because she didn't know what to answer. We went on for a while, with me trying to explain the situation and the girl repeating the same frustrating phrase without being helpful. At a certain point “Mastro lindo”arrives in "defense" of the poor girl,“Mastro lindo”, that's what I want to call him, starts a conversation with me with "so, what happened" rather than doing the manager, I tried to explain the situation to him too but with obvious communication difficulties, he started to stutter because he was insecure, saying to me “you raised your voice to a woman” and all these silly things Also he ask me if I wanted to check the receipt because he start to tell me that I’ve used the 5 dollars and I told him, “of course the system its frozen since 1.40 min after I started and yes the time is

We went to take passport pictures, we needed them for an EU passport, the pictures were taken, but we couldn't use them because they were too bright, so I read that the photographer is unprofessional, we finally took them with our mobile phone and they came out much better, not recommended, just a waste of money.

Employees are not trained in shipping lithium batteries installed in a drill because they “can’t see” the battery. Will use ups ground next time since they seemed to understand the regulations unlike FedEx.Employee and manger had an attitude from the start. Feel bad for anyone that has to interact with anyone here.

They've had bad reviews recently, but that was the complete opposite of my experience. That could definitely be because of their employee named Alfredo at the packaging center. He was very welcoming and professional. He helped me wrap a package that I needed to send out and even assisted me in finding the cheapest option for the box. Exceptional service!!! They also have a very neat machine where you can scan your packages with labels already on them and get a receipt. No need to wait for someone to scan you label for you just to give you a receipt. GENIUS

Terrible place, first time I go and a tall guy with no hair, I think he is a manager, treated me very badly, they do not respect the client, it was my first and last time I visited them. Very bad and one of the worst places in Miami Beach!

Not enough staff. One line for both FedEx packages and regular preordered should already be done print job. Line nearly out the door. Not quick at all.

Upon entering the store, Patrice greeted me with a warm and friendly greeting. While trying to locate my shipping label in my email, I felt frustration inside. Patrice's genuine desire to help me and her attentive care considerably lifted my spirits. In spite of the fact that Patrice might have been just going about her daily routine, Patrice's assistance at the store made a profound and positive impression on me and greatly enhanced my experience there.

I had never received such bad service in a store, lazy people, you ask them something and they send you to another seller who tells you "I have no idea, ask someone else." It is certain that I will not return to that place.

I waited in line to drop off a pre-labeled package to ship. When it was my turn, the clerk took the time to show me and the person behind me how I can avoid the wait next time by scanning the package at the kiosk. This is great service in my opinion.
