The five star reviews have to be internal, because there’s no way someone would rate this place 5 stars. The machine doesn’t wash your car well at all. There’s always some black debris on the car after the wash. When you try to dry your car off after the wash the employees tell you can’t be there and need to move, as if drying the car is not part of the washing process. Then a guy will tell you that you can go next door to dry the car off properly and vacuum, and will proceed to tell you it’s another $25 you have to pay him to do that. He’s allegedly the relative of the owner but he’s “doing his own thing “. No thanks.. Additionally, the employees are very rude and obnoxious, don’t know how to communicate, and aren’t very helpful at all. I’d avoid this place if I were you. Sadly they are like the only drive through car wash in the area, but hey, drive through washes are bad for your paint, alignment, wheels and tires anyway..

Run away from this place!! A total scam. The machine doesn’t wash your car properly. The guys working there, expect A TIP every-time you go to get your car washed. The machine is always DOWN! Take your business somewhere else.

This place is about the only place in Miami Beach you can get a car wash. So it is ridiculous high priced. The store clerks are rude and obnoxious, and on top of that, it's supposed to be open 24 hours, but that is rarely the case. I think the guy at night just doesn't want to deal with it, so he closes it

Appalling attitude from the attendant at the car wash! He grabbed the receipt from the machine and took it with him. I asked for my receipt back, he told me he had thrown it away. I came back after putting my car through the washer, he gave me a terrible attitude and told me not to come back! The is extremely sketchy behavior, nasty attitude!!!

Constant non operational equipment! Been a monthly member for 5 months, and ONLY ONCE did all the equipment work! Every time I get the car washed I ask if all the equipment is working and the employee states ‘non hablo ingles’! The location is very convenient for me which is why I am still going, but will will need to look elsewhere.

Impossible to cancel the membership. They tell you to call the next day but they never want to cancel it.

SCAM !!! I do not live in Miami. I did not ask for a member ship. This car wash has been charging my credit card every month 26.74 dollars without my consent. AWEFUL . There is no website to cancel and they ignore the calls. I had to call my card and block this business. SCAM !!!!
